Superb experience - It was a great experience. The guides are all very friendly, especially an Italian girl, but especially Jesus who we have done the tour with and has explained many curiosities of Bruges. Time did not accompany and he has made the experience more entertaining. I highly recommend it if you come to Brussels!

Very Good Experience - The city of Bruges is very interesting and worth visiting. A very good alternative in price and quality is offered by Buendia Tours. The bus that touched us was very comfortable and our guide Roberto made the visit much more interesting than if we had done it on our own. Perhaps they could improve the departure of the excursion, so that passengers arriving earlier can get on the bus first. I recommend this agency. We also took a tour with them in Amsterdam and everything turned out very well.

Brugge in a day - Overall, the tour was great. If not for the rain it would have been even more enjoyable. Brugge was great and would also definitely recommend 30 min. canal cruise. Best €15 you’ll spend. You’ll have great pictures.

Not worth it for that price - We took the bus from Amsterdam. When we arrived in Bruges the guided tour lasted almost an hour, it was not as detailed as the one we did in Amsterdam with the same Enterprise. Once in the center we saw other groups with other guides explaining many more points of interest. If we had taken another means of transport (22€) and booked a walking tour (1.50€ city council tax plus will), we would have enjoyed it much more and learned more about this beautiful city.
This tour cost us 49€/person.
The driver Pedro was quite cranky, but our guide Clara was friendly.
We would appreciate it if they introduced us to the city during the trip and extended the tour to learn more.

Bad experience - Never hire a tour with this company. We met at the meeting point to return to Brussels at 16.20, it is true that we arrived at 16.23, 3 minutes late, but they had already left, without warning leaving us lying in witches. Dire experience, I will never repeat with this company

Disaster and shame! - A disaster.... the only thing I rescue is the good disposition of the guides... both the girl of the free tour of Brussels and Fernanda in the one of witches (excellent)
Enterprise seems to have started doing the tours today... they couldn't accommodate us in the collective, they charge you headphones pq is law for large groups as they tell you without warning, and worst of all I had to look for coordinator Marta to pay (one because he is honest) and he leaves me talking alone... Very disrespectful...
The day before I announced that I was paying by card, which I couldn't do...
When I'm going to pay in cash they don't have change...
One taken for a ride...
I was thinking of doing other tours with this Enterprise, but from this I don't even know...
It's the third year I've traveled in Europe and nothing like this ever happened to me, nor did I make a field trip with such disorganization...
