Unmissable immersive experience! - We discovered the Belgian Beer World Experience a bit by chance, while walking around Brussels, attracted by the big promotional posters. Since beer is a real symbol in Belgium, we decided to try the experiment... and no regrets. The price is quite reasonable since it includes a multi-storey exhibition, very well designed, as well as a beer offered on the rooftop at the end of the tour. It reveals the history of beer in Belgium and around the world, brewing methods, ingredients, manufacturing steps and rich tastes, all in a fun and very informative way. The tasting on the rooftop concludes the visit perfectly in a pleasant setting. An original activity, friendly and highly recommend.

Loved it! - We visited on New Years Eve to get the festivities rolling. We found the experience far exceeded our expectations! It was a good combination of fun interactive games/activities whilst also providing a great overview of the brewing process of Belgian Beer. Tasters halfway around were much appreciated as well as the free drink included with the ticket on the rooftop bar. There was a huge variety of beer on offer here plus the views here were great!

Great exhibit, Great beer, Great views. - Spent a couple of leisurely hours maneuvering through the multi.floor experience. Thought overall they have done a good job at displays, interactive story telling board. I would would recommend with one caveat. Lots of talk of beer but one beer at the end included and three large shot glasses (tastes) part of the 20 plus euro ticket. Maybe 2 or 3 glasses at the end would be better. Great beer and great views from the top floor/ deck. Can recommend but now that you are getting a beer and a half for the price.

Decent way to spend few hours in Brussels - I went in a group of 4 one Saturday afternoon in Brussels. At 20 euros per person its not the cheapest thing to do. That said its fairly entertaining, and fills an hour or two depending how quickly you walk round or interact with the various activities. It is quite informative, and the building it is in is amazing. A few beer samples and then a drink in the rooftop bar topped it off.

Interesting but not all staff members were helpful - We had a mixed experience, the building itself was amazing and it was an interesting tour. The staff members at the reception and the tasting section where you got 2 samples were helpful and informative. However when we got to interactive part where you scanned the QR code to get a beer mat with suggested beers we experienced difficulties. We had problems with the scanning and the staff member was not interested in helping us, when we did eventually work it out and he printed our beer mat we realised that he was more interested in looking at motor homes on his iPad than doing his job. The views from the bar were great but again the member of staff was not interested in helping us choose a beer and we felt as if we were an inconvenience. Because of this we would not return.

Very Disappointing - Interactive tour round various screens etc with one small sampling station along the route. Your ticket gets you one free beer at the rooftop bar... We got the rooftop bar and large qué at every server. I was at front of the qué and completely ignored as the bar man served people to side/behind me after waiting over 15 mins. Reception staff and staff on tour nice but would not recommend. Complete waste of money
