Do it! - This was so much fun! Our instructor was patient, kind, and a great teacher! We learned about the chocolate making process, did it ourselves, and got to make ganache as well. Then we could fill our chocolates with different sauces, nuts, and fruits. I had the best time!

Fun and tasty way to experience Belgian chocolate - We really enjoyed this chocolate workshop. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the explanations were clear and easy to follow, even if you don’t have prior experience. Making the pralines ourselves was fun and interactive, and of course tasting the chocolate was a highlight. The pace felt just right, and it didn’t feel rushed. Overall, a nice activity in Brussels that’s both enjoyable and a bit different from standard sightseeing.

Just do it! - If you are debating taking this chocolate workshop, just do it! We traveled to Belgium from USA and did this class on our Thanksgiving Day. It was a memorable day for sure! We learned from Harry how to make chocolate pralines (we got to take home!) and creamy hot chocolate! We were so excited learning, we decided to buy all the supplies to teach our children at home on Christmas! I can't wait to see how they come out! He made the class fun and I would definitely recommend this class to anyone!

Cure for a rainy Belgian afternoon - Was both educational and fun, but more importantly delicious. We had a great experience with Bota and spent 2.5 hours learning and consuming delicious Belgian chocolate while outside it was cold and rainy.
