Hi, I realize this is an automated email, but the cruise was cancelled due to not enough people. I was rather disappointed to say the lease, but I know that's uncontrollable. looking forward to next year when I can book this again.

The boat cruise was very nice, but I expected the food to be better. Overall the experience was nice but food needs to be improved.

The experience was wonderful for the most part. We were celebrating a birthday. When booking, I was told that the birthday person would be presented with a 'goofy' birthday hat for pictures. This never happened, and while not a big deal, would have been fun...perhaps not mentioning this at the time of booking would be a better way to go if the hat is not always available. Also, while standing in line with our entire party (14 people) together, a single member of a different party was ahead of us, and called the other members of her group to cut in front of us in order to board the ship. I feel that this could have been handled better by asking her to wait and let us board since we were all together. Again, not a big deal, but a few members of our party approached me afterwards and were wondering why the other group went ahead of us. Last but not lease, the server argued with me at the end while settling the bill. I had given her cash for the tip and asked her to charge the entire bill to my card. She came back to me, having deducted the cash from the total bill and them wanted to charge the balance to my card. I explained again what I had asked her to do originally, and she said that's not what I asked her to do. Again...we had a wonderful time, and this last item was not a very big deal, but having worked in the service industry in the past myself, it is a better policy not to argue with a client, especially when a very generous gratuity was being given.
