Awesome tour! - Awesome tour! Our tour guide Pablo did a fantastic job explaining so many cool facts about Brugge and Ghent. I would be careful if you have issues walking long term-this is a very heavy walking tour especially in Brugge, and it can difficult if you have some mobility issues. Also remember to bring Euro cash! Many stores will not except big bills like 100 or 50 euros. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this trip as a quick break from Brussels!

Fairytale Cities - Josephine was a great guide! While it was a little distracting with the tour in both French and English- we packed a lot in during the day with free time to explore, and an optional boat ride. It was the right amount of time in both places. Wear comfy shoes and prepare for 14,000+ steps!

Must do tour from Brussels - It’s a wonderful day to be able to see both beautiful cities. Tour guide Bruno explains the rules and Itinerary clearly in the beginning of the tour . No issue in the tour . Spent two hours in Ghent and 4 hours in Bruges including the add-on canal tour in Bruges . Bruno gave us in depth guide for these tow cities . We both have a wonderful time . It’s a great tour .

Great tour…. Well worth it! - Excellent. Left promptly (and don’t be late or they really will leave without you!), and our guide Bruno was excellent. Very knowledgable, and kind to all the guests. Jean-Jacques was a great driver too. And, unusually for this type of tour, they didn’t ask for a review to be posted! Really worth your money, and very sensibly paced.

Bridges and Ghent are great to visit. - Bruges and Ghent are great to visit. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. I would have preferred more self-directed time. The tour guide went into more detail than needed at times and when it was delivered in both English and Spanish, it resulted in more time on guided tour than desirable.

Rushed your - Brugge and Gent are beautiful places and definitely with the visit especially that Brussels is a very dangerous unsafe dirty city. The tour was very rushed and the group was a large group and a lot of the time you couldn’t hear the guide due to being so far away The 2 languages was also time consuming We were told that the boat trip was cash only so we didn’t go on to not having cash but when we went to meet everyone from the boat trip the sign clearly stated you couldn’t hear pay by card

It was a combined trip... - It was a combined trip with Spanish and English. This meant we had to listen to a lot. The walking pace was very fast. Told the guide but she said she had time constraints. Instead of giving us free time at different areas of interest she gave us free time afterwards and that was difficult to go back to all the places. Seats in the bus were very tightly spaced. Guide was unfriendly-

Need to split time better - On the way to Bruges the tour guide was basically like “Give me cash if you want to go on the canal boat ride”. I did not have cash, the website didn’t say you had to have cash, so I was denied a canal boat ride. The main reason for me going to Bruges was the canal boat ride. The canal boat place took credit cards but I was not allowed to pay and join my group or pay and go with the next group. I had to wait 30 minutes until their ride was done and we did a mandatory 45-minute group walking tour before we were “set free” to do what we wanted. I ran to the boat ride, bought a ticket, sat down in the boat, and it immediately started pouring down rain. My tour group got to take a boat ride on sunny weather. Mine was in pouring rain. This means I got soaked to the bone and got no good pictures as other people’s umbrellas blocked all my views. To say I was angry was an understatement. You should allow those without cash to buy a ticket at the boat place or allow them to pay in advance on the website. Not many people carry cash these days. At the next stop of Ghent after another mandatory walking tour were only given 40 minutes free time. That includes 15 minutes getting to the meeting point from wherever you were. So 25 minutes free time. That’s nowhere near enough time to do anything. I wanted to tour the castle. Nope, not enough time to do that plus eat, walk around taking pictures, and use the restrooms. Free time needs to be divided better. 2 hours free time for Bruges but only 40 for Ghent? For restroom stops we were also told by the guide “These restrooms take credit cards”. They did not. Overall I liked the cities, but things need to be improved in your operations.

Too rushed and incomprehensible in English - The guide Pablo was rude right from the beginning. He was rushing since we got down at gent. He did not even wait to see if all the tour members had gotten off the bus. His English sounded almost like Spanish, very hard to understand. He was speaking too fast and walking too fast. We decided to get away from the group at Bruges and explore on our own. We took a train back. Don’t waste your money with this tour company!
