We had plenty of time for photos and we enjoyed the gourmet hot chocolate - For us, it was more than just a walk, as we got to experience the flavor of the city in winter, wrapped in centuries-old history. The gourmet hot chocolate was a high-quality treat, quite different from standard beverages.

Various chocolates were delightful surprises - We kicked off our adventure at the charming family-owned Chocolate House, where the aroma of rich cocoa enveloped us. The unique flavors of their chocolates were a delightful surprise. One of the highlights was visiting Chocolatier Dumon and seeing the craftsmanship and passion behind each piece of chocolate. I can’t wait to return next year.

Christmas in Bruges - I didn't like spending Christmas in Bruges, because the Christmas markets are uninteresting and the restaurant prices are exorbitant compared to France (even at this time). In addition, the catering is generally of poor quality. This city is undoubtedly more pleasant to visit in spring... I preferred the more festive atmosphere in Colmar last year (even though you have to reserve restaurants in advance during the holidays).
