My cruise to the thousand islands - I really enjoyed the time spent on the cruise, very interesting as it goes, the guide spoke in both French and English languages , the staff was courteous and friendly, and the allotted time of 90 minutes was perfect to pass through all the interesting places.

VIATOR A VERY respectable company. - A very respectable company. We had bought and paid for our tickets for July 22nd and we were unable to get there because we were unable to park with our RV. They called us and with explanation we were transferred our tickets for the next day without extra and quickly in seconds. We parked the RV at the campsite. Of all beauty to see part of the Thousand Islands and the magnificent St. Lawrence.

Beautiful Afternoon Boat Ride - The trip was informative and scenery beautiful. Staff professional. Speed of cruise made picture taking possible. Should it be rainy or cold lower level enclosed. Also tour done in English and French.

Not worth the price - The sound of the loudspeaker broadcasting the historical narrative does not allow the accompaniment to be heard adequately. This is a shame. Words are buried by people who speak. A headphone system for those who want to listen would be relevant.

Really Turned Us Off! - The weather was warm with a refreshing breeze. The canned bilingual narrative was passible. With some passengers sitting all along the perimeter, those in the auditorium-style stacking chairs in the middle had an impaired view to begin with, but the fact that the staff stayed on the lower deck most of the time and didn't adequately address one extended family who ignored the recorded announcement, stood and further obstructed the view for much of the time, spoiled the trip. We won't likely do this again.
