Brno: A Czech Marvel - Our tour guide, Rost’a, a native of Brno is highly qualified, professional and knowledgeable of the town’s history and that of the Czech Republic. Brno is a vivid city full of culture, hidden gems and humor. As a small group it was even more advantageous than the usual big tourist groups having immersed fully ourselves into an unknown foreign atmosphere. Furthermore, our tour guide provided us a list of Czech dishes to try and the information with images and facts pertaining to Brno along with recordings of legends. Rost’a truly went out of his way.

Private tour of Brno - This was an excellent way to explore the highlights of Brno with a knowledgeable and friendly guide (Rosta and Alex were great). The tour covered the city's rich history, architecture, local legends, and hidden details that I would have missed on my own, while still feeling relaxed and personalized. What really stood out was the flexibility, the guide was happy to stop for a coffee, pastry, or drink whenever I wanted, making the experience feel more like exploring the city with a local friend than following a rigid itinerary. I highly recommend this private tour to anyone who wants a customized introduction to Brno rather than a large group experience.

Brno a gem worth visiting! - Had a great time learning the history and architecture of Brno. It is a lovely city and Ivo, although new to tour guiding, walked us all over the center of the historic locations and gave us additional time to explore some of the sites not included in the tour.

Like having a friend give a tour. - With only one full day in Brno, we wanted to make the most of our time and decided not to leave it to chance, so we booked this tour — and we are so glad we did. This was our first walking tour, so we didn’t have anything to compare it to, but it far exceeded our expectations in every way. To start, I accidentally booked the wrong day, and the team was incredibly gracious and accommodating about fixing it. The tour ended up being just us and one other guest, and we quickly became friends. It was obvious from the start that Rosta and Ivo are truly passionate about sharing their city and its history. They made the experience feel personal, engaging, and tailored to our interests, even waiting for us so we could visit the Ossuary at St. James and other special sites along the way. They were both wonderfully knowledgeable, kind, and enjoyable to spend time with. This tour added so much to our experience in Brno, and we’re incredibly glad we went.

A joyful 3 hour walking tour of Brno. - It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Both Rosťa and Roman are clearly enthusiastic about their separate areas of expertise and eager to pass this on.

Getting to know Brno - up close & personal - I’ve been on a few walking tours, but this one was exceptional. My guide was experienced, knowledgeable & flexible. It was personalised to what I wanted to look at & Rosta tailored the tour to fit that in. Rosta had informative online resources to complement each of our stops, so I had the choice of finding out more details if I wanted to.

Great walking tour! - My walking tour was absolutely fantastic, and our guide Rosťan and his assistant Ivo made the entire experience unforgettable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the city’s history and culture. What I loved most was how he shared interesting stories and local insights that you would never learn just by walking around on your own. Rosťa kept the tour fun, interactive, and easy to follow, and he was always happy to answer questions and give great local recommendations. His enthusiasm really brought the city to life for us. If you’re visiting, I highly recommend taking a walking tour with Rosťa — it’s one of the best ways to truly experience the city! 👏🌍🚶‍♂️

Our guides first ever tour - We are seasoned travelers and take walking tours in new cities to learn. Ivo, our guide, is still in high school and we were his first customers. Ivo is a very nice, very polite, young man, but he needs more experience and more interesting historical stories in his repertoire.
