Fabulous Tour - Highly Recommended! - Duncan the organiser was very friendly, witty and interesting to listen to. You could see he was very passionate about Bristol's Wartime History. I went to keep my husband company who is also passionate about Bristol's heritage and was not sure what to expect, but I enjoyed it very much! Definitely worth a visit - hidden memories you will only find on the tour. Book a Tour and don't "dilly-dally" (I'm sure there is a song somewhere". Thank you Duncan keep up the good work.

1st class tour - Would thoroughly recommend this tour. Duncan was very engaging and shows true passion for the subject. Fascinating insight into the history of the area. Excellent for locals and visitors to Bristol.

Loved it. - Guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Very interesting and enjoyable. Would highly recommend. I travelled all the way from Cornwall to experience this tour and was very glad that I did!

Air Raid Shelter, St Nicholas Market - A great morning out. Duncan was informative and amusing, a perfect host for this tour, as his passion for the building was clear. Can’t believe I didn’t know about this previously and so important that this is preserved for the city and future generations. Highly recommended.

Very engaging experience with access to a unique location - Well presented by an engaging and knowledgeable individual. Brought the events of history together with interesting commentary and artefacts supported by a unique location in the market cellars.

Great tour guide with great knowledge and enthusiasm, the air raid shelter is well worth a visit. - Marie and I found this tour really interesting and engaging. Duncan's knowledge of Bristol's history is immense and he really brought it to life for us. The Air Raid shelter is great to see and so well preserved with really interesting artefacts and exhibits - all that have stories too!

Great trip and ideally situated in the heart of old Bristol - Great trip. Duncan was very informative offering a good insight to the conditions inside and outside the shelter. Hard times certainly but with some light relief for those spending hours on end in the shelter. Duncan made it entertaining as well but you will have to visit to check this out ! We enjoyed it as did our 2 grandchildren (13 & 8 ) ,
