Something for all ages, whether Bristolian or a visitor to our city - A real insight into history. I would never have known it was there despite living in Bristol all my life. The guide was very enthusiastic about the facts and made it fun too!

Definitely worth a visit - A very informative and interesting tour of 2 hours. Good value. Owen presented very well, good clear voice and cheerful manner. It was quite thought invoking being in the shelter listening to Vera Lynn. Learned a lot and would definitely recommend.

Great tour learning about Bristol’s history - Fantastic, insightful tour led by a great gentleman named Owen. Before joining this tour, I was totally unaware of Bristol’s fascinating and poignant history but after leaving the Corn Exchange, I felt I’d learnt so much more about this wonderful city. If you’re a history enthusiast or just generally curious to find out more about how Bristol was decades ago, I’d definitely recommend this tour. Absolutely got my money’s worth.

Historically interesting and entertaining underground your - Really interesting tour of subterranean Bristol and its history, especially around WWII. Tour guide Owen had a great combo of facts, conjecture and humour. Brought the rooms and attracts to life. And it’s really affordable as a two hour tour.

Interesting and very well presented - The tour was informative, interesting and light hearted. We grow up and live in towns and cities across the country but shamefully we are, in the most, grossly unaware of our own local histories.

Excellent. A must-go event for both visitors and locals. - Guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Clearly their passion and more than a hobby and wanting to share with others. They were the site 'owner' so it wasn't a cheesy guided tour. They had lots of stories and I feel I could go again and hear new stuff. I resent surprising facts about Bristol, not just war and tunnels but history of the building too.
