Great tour, just right - We had a great tour. We were on a cruise ship and had to get a 30 minute taxi to a meeting point. Via message we agreed to meet at the Sofitel, which was good as a waiting area.
Our guide Cheryl was great. Arrived on time and gave us interesting commentary throughout.
The stop locations were good and the drive between each one gave us a good flavour of Brisbane in four hours or so.
It was just right for us 70/72 year olds!
Highly recommended.

Excellent - What a great trip, really informative a good little group of 6 . Got lots of useful information driving around . The stops were great . We saw a snake disappearing into a tree in the Botanical Gardens, plenty of birds and wildlife along the way . A lovely treat of drink and cake at Kangeroo point . Fabulous trip really informative too

Wonderful way to fit as much as you can fit into a day while beating the heat! - I had such a great experience with Urban Tours Brisbane! I did the mini bus city tour and then added on a private tour to the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary at the end, and I’m so glad I did both!
This was really great value and such an easy way to see the city. We were able to see a ton of highlights quickly and comfortably (AC in bus, comfy seats) without feeling rushed. The company was very professional, pickup was right on time, and everything felt really well organized.
Cheryl, our guide, was fantastic! She’s a safe driver, very knowledgeable about both the history and what’s currently happening in the city. She kept things fun with lots of great little fun facts and kept us laughing and entertained without info overload. She also gave excellent local recommendations. I was especially impressed with how well she connected with guests who were non-native English speakers. She made sure everyone felt included and understood everything, which was handled in a way that didn’t make the English portion feel rushed or cut short.
The bus tour was perfect for a hot day, or anyone preferring to keep walking to a minimum. The snack at the lookout was delicious (I had the orange almond slice) and came at the perfect time to hold us over until lunch. There were also really nice touches like the cold towel and locally sourced water bottle.
Private tour to lone pine sanctuary was exceptional. The venue its self is wonderful - sooo many koalas, kangaroo feeding, dingoes and a platypus! Adding a private tour wired urban tours made everything so easy as far as transportation and ensuring I didn’t miss anything.
Overall it felt like an excellent and way to experience Brisbane on a shorter time budget, and adding the private Lone Pine portion was the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend Urban Tours Brisbane!

Great tour - Very good tour. All the stops were very good, but I particularly liked in the botanical garden and Mount Cooh-tah (sp).
Our tour guide, Guy, was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of background in context about Brisbane. He had a good blend of being smart and funny. He also provided us with a lot of extras, such as a cold towel when it was hot outside and bottled water. He provided us with a lamingtion, in Australian desert that was very nice. They communicated with me before and after the tour to make sure that I was completely satisfied.

Comprehensive tour of... - Comprehensive tour of Brisbane city sights including Mountain Coot-tha lookout. Our local Queensland guide, Guy was helpful and knowledgeable. We were pleasantly surprised to see a large native goanna casually strolling in the sun in the botanical gardens. The included morning tea of a beverage and fresh Brisbane cake was delicious, eaten while we admired the city view from the cafe.

Exploring Brisbane with comfort! - The bus tour we booked is worthwhile. Cheryl our guide gave us a good insight on Brisbane. Friendly service, emailed prior the tour to confirm pick up location and time etc Loved the botanical garden.

Best views of Brisbane and More - Thank you to Cheryl for guiding us around to the best spots in Brisbane. We were lucky because there was only three of us ladies and it was a great getting to meet Colleen and Peggy and share half a day together. Lots of laughter and felt more of a personal experience. The best view of Brisbane is from Mt Coot-Tha Lookout and the Mt Coot-Tha Botannical Gardens are beautiful and viewed multiple water dragons. We also saw the views from Kangaroo Point and visited multiple other interesting places around Brisbane. The commentary was very informative by Cheryl who knows her stuff and also has an amazing eye for spotting Water Dragons. Thank you Cheryl for a wonderful time and looking after us.

Unforgettable tour - Nice tour of Brisbane. Tourguide Cheryl was very friendly and knew a lot about Brisbane. The tour was very well taken care of with even a stop with coffee/cakes (part of the tour) at a beautiful vantage point just outside Brisbane. Special thanks to Cheryl.... she is 'simply the best'.

Brisbane Bus Tour: City & River Views - Cheryl was a very knowledgeable tourguide, giving us information about the city and the sites we visited. I really enjoyed the views from Mount Coot-Tha Summit and the close by botanical gardens and other stops around the city including the Brisbane Powerhouse.
