Amazing and varied excursion - What an afternoon and evening we had with the super enthusiastic Chris H! Fabulous coastal locations for unbelievable views made even more photographic by the moody weather with sparodic sun shining through the clouds. Great fun feeding Kangeroos then finished off by the amazing penguin parade.

Highly recommend the Penguin Parade and Wildlife Encounters Eco Tour - On our last full day in Melbourne, we decided to do the Penguin Parade & Wildlife Encounters Eco Tour with Go West Tours. A long day but we had such a great time that it flew by. Tim was an amazing guide: knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, clear, and a great driver. Our ultimate goal was the Penguin Parade in the evening but Tim easily filled our day after picking us up at 11am.
We first stopped by Brighton Beach to see the colorful bath boxes. Then we headed out to the Moonlit Sanctuary for a longer stay, including time for lunch (entrance to the Sanctuary was included but food was not) where we saw koalas, wallabys, kangaroos, and many birds. After that we spent maybe 30 minutes at Cape Woolamai - a nice surfing beach, followed by an hour break in Cowes - nearby town. I recommend you do dinner here since the food selection is much better than waiting to eat at the Penguin Parade Visitor Center. After we left Cowes, we made a quick stop by the Nobbies - a wild life beach where, if lucky, you might see some penguins in their burrows. And then we finally headed out to the Penguin Parade viewing area with plenty of time to check out the shop, get a hot beverage, and get ourselves situated for the Parade. No photos of the penguins are allowed but they were so small and very cute. Once you see the first batch waddle across the beach, go back to the walking path since the penguins will be coming through there to find their homes for the night. We had general viewing tickets and those were fine in the sense that we definitely saw penguins.
If you're spending a bit longer time in Melbourne, I highly recommend a visit to Phillip Island with Go West Tours and Tim! That's something you would rarely experience in life.

Penguin parade and wildlife park trip full of passion for conservation - Has a wonderful day at wildlife park and Penguin parade with Woody . He made the day so special, a perfect mix of information and helpfulness with a very friendly and knowledgeable personality . His love of nature and joy for what he did was clearly evident .

Worth a visit lovely Brighton beach and Moonlit sanctuary Quala’s the whole day and then the finale the Penguin parade - While day was definitely worth doing visit to Brighton Beach then Moonlit wildlife Sanctuary Quala’s, Wallsbies and lots of other animals walking around free, then Penguin Parade finale great our tour guide Raquel had so much interesting information thank you

Australia Wild Life - A great day made even better by our wonderful driver Robbo! We loved seeing all the wild life at the Moonlit Sanctuary, and the Penguin Parade is such a special experience we will always remember. Huge shout out to our guide Robbo. His jokes were always funny, and you can tell he really cares about everyone on his tour, and that he’s proud to work for Go West Australia. His upbeat attitude made a huge impact on our day!

Penguins and milkyway - The whole trip was so much fun, and the ride was comfortable. Penguins were incredibly cute, especially when they were coming out of the sea. The weather was great, and we even saw the Milky Way, which made the whole scene breathtaking. It was such a memorable night!
A huge part of that enjoyment came from Robbot, who played a pivotal role in making everyone feel at ease. His knack for blending music, humor, and engaging stories created a lively atmosphere that kept spirits high throughout the journey. Robbot's caring nature shone through as he interacted with passengers, ensuring that everyone felt included and entertained. His ability to tell fun histories added an educational twist to the trip, making it not just enjoyable but also enriching. It’s no surprise that he spent so many years as a school teacher!
