Setting Sail in Carlisle Bay

The sun was just beginning to rise over the horizon as I made my way to the meeting point at Harbour Lights on Carlisle Bay beach. The air was warm, and the gentle sound of waves lapping against the shore set the perfect backdrop for what promised to be an unforgettable adventure. As a former professional surfer, I’ve spent countless hours in the ocean, but the idea of exploring shipwrecks from a clear kayak was something entirely new and thrilling.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by our friendly guide, a local Bajan who had recently returned from the UK. His passion for the sea was infectious, and his knowledge of the area was impressive. After a brief introduction and safety briefing, we were handed life jackets and bottles of water, and it was time to embark on our journey.
