Great tour, interesting history. Great idea to get yourselves put on the Bourbon Trail or we would never had known about or visited your distillery. We fell in love with your whiskey products and will for sure be long-term customers. Though, honestly, if I have friends and family that weren't doing the Bourbon Trail, this facility wouldn't be one I recommended if they only had time/interest in going to 2-3 distilleries just because you don't have the history at this facility that places like Makers Mark have. Definitely worth a tasting visit though if people are already in Lexington and have the time.
Thanks for hosting us. Had my uncles from California and decided to go to the tour last minute and town branch was in town and didn't disappoint. One of the uncles has already been on the bourbon tour but town branch wasn't on it eleven years ago. enjoyed the addition.
This is a very affordable, fun tour. The guide was very experienced, knowledgeable, and entertaining. The samples were great and it was nice that this tour included both bourbon and beer!
The tour was enjoyable and informative. Our tour guide (forgot his name) was pleasant, informative and a very good presenter. The opportunity to taste 4 products is great. Your beer products are very good, but hard to find in Pennsylvania. Other than that, it was an overall great experience.
The brewery was interesting. A little something extra to the typical bourbon tour
We had a great tour guide
It was a nice tour, loved the tour guide! Maybe work on a root beer???
Woodrow was very informative, and interesting. Answered all our questions. Made the tour very enjoyable.
Love being able to see and learn about beer and spirits!
Tour guide was amazing, nice to see brewery and distillery together.
My wife and I toured Alltech Lexington a couple of years ago as an activity at the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, Eastern Section Meeting. This year we were in the area with her sister and our brother-in-law for an annual family trip with some specific horse farm visits every year, but we also visit other facilities each year including distilleries. This year it looked like a bad day for Keenland due to the weather, so we arranged our visit to Alltech as plan B. They were very impressed with Alltech! I have toured many breweries, bourbon distilleries in the US, and Scotch distilleries in Scotland. Alltech is unique in that it shows, not a traditional distillery, but a state-of-the-art brewery and distillery that gives a much better view of a facility that was designed to produce both beer and whiskey utilizing various components to develop a well designed system. Also, your products are competitive with anything I have experienced anywhere. Very cool!
Our tour guide was amazing. She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Cant wait to come back and try more. Was a little sad that the pumpkin beer was not available to try. But everything els was amazing as always.
The combination of the Brewery and Distillery was one reason.
Our tour guide was amazing and my group enjoyed the visit! The only problem was it was somewhat difficult to hear our guide while in the brewery and because it was unseasonably hot on the day of our tour, the facility was quite warm. Otherwise, it was great and thank you for accommodating my group on short notice!
Susan, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable about both the brewing and distilling process. She had an impressive knowledge of all the beers and spirits and spoke loud enough for everyone to hear.
Our hostess/guide, Kelly, was very knowledgeable about your products and provided a great experience.
Great Tour and History. My second time thru, but brought my whole family during UK Parents weekend. Bought a bottle of the 12 year Irish Whiskey. Can't wait to crack it with my neighborhood boys.
Excellent guide and facility.
Great tour...great job presenting and knowledge of company.
Was a great tour with an awesome tour guide!!
Enjoyable, informative tour

It was a nice variation to be able to sample beer in addition to whiskey. It would have been awesome to be able to purchase beer at the brewery or distillery. Overall it was a good tour and the sampling had great options.
Tour was informative. Enjoyed the combo of being able to taste the beers and bourbon.
Good tour. Great tour guide. Especially for the price, a very well rounded experience. Loved the tastings and the tokens to pick an experience specific to your taste. We also like having both a brewery and distillery tour. Thank You!
Nice to combine distilling and brewing. Del was a great tour guide , with a nice combination of knowledge and humor. Loved the bourbon barrel ales and look for them in stores. I love his method for drinking rye
Everything was good but we especially enjoyed the Bourbon Barrel Ale - easily one of my favorite beers. I also enjoyed your bourbons and that amazing dessert thing. I'll have to come back periodically to make sure I have some of it during the holidays each year. The guide did a superb job and we'll definitely come back next time we're near Louisville.
Loved touring a facility that was both a brewery and distillery, not many like it.
What a great place! Super tour guide (Kelly) and the beer was a nice bonus.
Tour guide was great! Very informative.
Good tour guide, tasty product with plenty to sample.
We didn't know much about Town Branch before we arrived. This was our favorite tour of the day. Loved that there was multiple products produced. We loved that the company makes use of the many worldwide geographic locations for its products and ingredients. The tour itself was informative without giving too much unwanted information.
Loved the tasting. It would have been nice to know when we booked the tour that the distillary would not be operating and you bottle beer elsewhere. Maybe add to the movie some footage of the different steps. You may also include footage of the different products and what makes them different. Having said that I have already bought some Bourbon Barrel Beer and looking for a place that Carrie's Bluegrass Sundown. The drink was a special touch.
Great tour, fantastic guide, wonderful products. You had the best selection of products and number of tastings.
Susan was a fantastic guide and was knowledgable about the distilling process and the products made. The tour groups are small and you never feel rushed. This quickly became our favorite stop on the bourbon trail!
Our tour was wonderful. Their products are fantastic. I have been telling everyone that they should check them out.
We enjoyed the tour. The tour guide was great.
We were very impressed from start to finish. Susan was an excellent tour guide, both knowledgeable and personable. Great tasting options and lovely surroundings. We have been to several distilleries and this one rates with the best. Sincerely, Maggie and Phillip McMahon, DDS
