We always take full advantage of the whole property and enjoy walking around the same area folks did over 100 years ago. - WE love The Shepherd of the Hills. I have been going since I was a kid, I took both of my sons, and now I take my grandson, who is 10 and has been going since he was 3, and my granddaughter who is 1 and she has already seen the show 3 times. My grandson said, "Maw maw, I love it here. I wish I could live here. I wouldn't even need a tent; I would just sleep on the ground."

Never gets old. - Great show for the whole family. We first saw this show about 35 years ago and we enjoyed it as much the second time. The parking is easy in and out and they provide a ride from the parking lot down to the theater with a brief history along the way. We were also given two tickets to the historical grounds for the following day. The theater is outdoors so you are in the elements. We went in July so having plenty of water and a hand fan is essential. It did cool off after the sun went down.

- We have come to Branson for years and never made it to this show. We have missed such a blessing. So much of the story touched your heart. Plus, the audiences opportunity to interact was special for families with childrens.

Never disappoints - We took our kids when they were young and now we took our grandson. It's still a great story and play even with a new cast. The people are so friendly and my son even danced with a pretty lady during the intermission. They have a square dance

A Must See While in Branson - Great production with live animals! A must see in Branson given the book was written in Branson and inspired by actual people from the area. The popularity of the book led to Branson becoming a tourist attraction. Inspiring story with historical significance.

Not our fave show, but nice park - The Outdoor Drama was not our favorite show. It was a little dry, and not really great family entertainment. I should probably have realized a show beginning at 8pm was not for younger children, so that was on me. I will say, the actors were quite good, the seating staff were very friendly and accomodating and the concessions offered decent food. The hour or so before the show was fun, but we did not read ahead of time that the place closes at 6 and is only partially open for show attendees. The kids had fun with the obstacle course and the rope bridges, but we left at intermission because the show was just too deep for our 10 and under kids.

rides cost extra - Its meh. Should of been free with the park along with at least one of the rides. you have to pay extra for everything. Branson activities are not easy on the wallet. Everyone wants a chunk.
