The tour commences at 8:00 AM with a hotel pickup in central or northern Porto Seguro. Upon reaching the village, a Pataxó guide will warmly welcome visitors and share the history of their community through an informative and meaningful discussion. Engage in traditional activities such as Indigenous dance, urucum body painting, and archery practice.

Enjoy a guided walk through the forest, where demonstrations of ancient hunting traps are presented, and learn about the tribe’s profound connection with nature.

• Visitors must respect the arrival, stay, and departure times, the culture, customs of the indigenous community, as well as the flora, fauna, rest times, and some village routines;
• Respecting the safety of visitors, access to the forest trail will not be permitted on rainy and/or windy days;
• People allergic to insect bites should bring insect repellent and personal medication;
• For safety reasons, we recommend wearing long pants and comfortable, closed-toe shoes during the hike;
