Our guide had a headset on that wasn't working so I could not hear half of what he was saying. I also thought that the group size was too large. When we were by the camels, and they were interacting with one another, it was really interesting to watch them in action, but the group behind us was telling us that we had to move along quickly, and I found it to be rude
Leslie, I thought you guys had porcupine there, but I don't recall seeing any
One more thing… It might be nice if you had something to wash our shoes off after stepping in all that dusty soil filled with poop

Too much time waiting around each exhibit with inability to walk more than a few feet away at any given time, difficulty hearing the tour guides, and most importantly the conditions the animals lived in looked incredibly depressing. Rust and bars everywhere, tight spaces, overheated, very dirty. It felt strict, uncomfortable, and a bit sad.
