Definitely a must do! Grand Canyon is breathtaking - Driver was amazing kept us entertained throughout the whole ride! A must do trip when in Las Vegas!!!! Grand Canyon is a must see! Loved it!!!

Just got back from an... - Just got back from an amazing Grand Canyon trip and had to shout out our tour guide, Bill. His hilarious commentary, fun stories, and great energy turned a beautiful tour into an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend this company – and if you can, ask for Bill!

Grand Canyon - This was one of the BEST bus trips I have ever been on. The guide Ken and driver Manny were Great!! Very glad I went and they were our people. Will definitely recommend!!

Anniversary surprise - This trip was AMAZING! The bus ride with Charles our driver. He was so friendly and informative. Charles was invaluable to our trip.
The canyon was spectacular and the views from the Sky Walk, so hard to describe (breathtaking).
Then we flew on a helicopter with Maverick Helicopters to the basin of the canyon (over 3000 feet down). We got out there to take pictures and to absorb the views.
I would recommend this trip to everyone!

Great tour and excellent Guide, Mr. G - This was the perfect day! So much to experience at Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam and our tour guide Mr. G. was wonderful! He made the day! His comments along the tour were both informative and fun. He really cared for us, his passengers, and he made the day an experience that we will long remember with enjoyment.

Great way to see the grand Canyon - From booking the trip with the Treasure Island staff to our driver Charles this was a super experience! Thank you for a great time! The length of time at the two sites was perfect and directions were spot on.

A Great Day - This was a great tour with lots of highlights. We covered many things but were never rushed. Ken and Manny were helpful, proactive, fun and shared all the best practices and local information. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable day out. - Enjoyable day out knowledge guide, lovely lunch three difference venues to choose from with plenty of choice from the menus .
Our only complaint would be the minibus , the coach that was advertised wasn’t used that day not many people had booked the tour .
The minibus was very tired and worn the armrest were badly torn the ceiling roof was ripped , seats very marked and stained . I was assured by the management that the minibus had been cleaned previously but to me it felt that it needed a thorough clean .
Management did inform that l could have cancelled the tour if l had notified the driver with a full refund.
As it was very early in the morning dark on entering the mini bus l didn’t notice the very poor condition of the minibus.
I didn’t usually leave a poor review but after many emails to and from the management questioning my complaint l felt undervalued as a customer.
Sweetours have assured me that the parts will be replaced to the minibus .
We spent a lot of the day travelling , the minibus did make me feel very uncomfortable because of the poor condition.
I did speak with the hotel management on my return as l had booked through the hotel we were staying at , l followed their advice and contacted Sweetours along with providing pictures l had taken of the minibus .
We gave a gratuity to the driver, IHOP waiter and lady at the restaurant, we purchased gifts to support the community.
This was to show our appreciation.
