• Please limit luggage to one (up to the size of a backpack) per guest. If leaving luggage at your hotel, allow ample time to store it and reach the bus pickup location before departure.
• No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the vehicle during the tour. Tour staff reserves the rights to refuse guests who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol; these guests will not be eligible for a refund.
• Due to the FORMULA 1 LAS VEGAS event (Nov 18–22), pickup and drop-off are limited to Excalibur, Park MGM, or Treasure Island (TI). Please select one for your pickup.
• Luggage stored in the vehicle’s luggage compartment is accepted solely as a courtesy and transported at the guest’s own risk. We assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or delay involving luggage or personal belongings. Guests should keep all valuables, medications, travel documents, cash, electronics, and other essential items with them at all times.
• This tour operates year-round. If weather, road closures, or other conditions affect the itinerary, alternate routes, stops, or timings may be provided. If a paid attraction cannot be visited, a partial refund for the affected admission will be issued (less any applicable processing fee). If the tour operates with a modified itinerary, refunds apply only to excluded admission costs.
