Dylan was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the process of glassblowing and patient with his students who know nothing about it. The studio was easy to find. The atmosphere was typical of what I thought it would be like in a warehouse. Many pieces were for sale although I didn’t purchase any that day. I would defiantly recommend this experience.
We had an amazing session with Matt! We learned so much about glass in such a short amount of time. We highly recommend this class!
My mom and I had the best time! Dylan is a fantastic instructor and keeps you super involved. Our pieces looked beautiful....I cant wait to pick them up tomorrow. We are absolutely coming back for a private session. This was awesome!!!!
Had alot of fun. Our Instructor, Dylan, was awesome and very patient.
We had so much fun and had a great experience. Christina was our instructor and we found her to be excellent in ever way. She was very knowledgeable, patient, talented and put in the extra effort to make sure our pieces came out exactly how we wanted. I would recommend going!!!
Matt was a lot of fun and offered a great deal of information regarding the process, helping educate and empower a couple of first time glassblowers. Will certainly consider coming back, and requesting Matt for a guide. Thanks again, Matt!
I have attended the 3 hour class now 3 times. This was my daughter's 1st time. She was a bit nervous but Dylan really took the time to explain everything. It is just so exciting to see the projects take shape. we will definately be back.
It was a perfect experience indeed. We had a great instructor, the class is very well organized and a lot of fun. We are coming back for the 1-hour cactus class next week and I am sure this will not be the last time! Thank you!
Our instructor Matt was great! He was patient and enthusiastic about the process. He made it an awesome experience. I can't wait to go back!
Great experience! Dylan is very talented! Can't wait to see my finished products!!
I love it! Teachers are really helpful, so much fun, and I'm so amazed when I see what I've made - I can't believe I actually did that. I'm obsessed!
The instructor was very informative, helpful and had a causal attitude that put my group at ease. The studio was well organized and the night ran very smoothly.
The whole experience was great and the instructor was very good.
Great time! First experience with glass blowing and Dylan was fabulous. Explaining and helping and giving us confidence too.
Christina was a great instructor. She was enthusiastic and made you feel good about your creation. She had a great personality and I would request her next time.
I thought the instructors and resident artists were great. The studio was well laid out and comfortable. I only wish the class was a little more informative, had a little more theory to accompany the work, and also allowed for the student to actually do more. I was looking for something that would be more of an intro to the trade and artform. This was more of a "paint night" for glass blowing. I'm not saying that's bad. At all. It's just not exactly what I was hoping for. I would possibly go back for private lessons with instructors though since everyone there was awesome. I recommend it. You'll dig it. But don't expect it to be like a shop/art class that you can geek out on.
Nice first time experience with Christina. Would absolutely recommend your class to friends. Can't wait to pick up my finished pieces. Won't be there ti sometime mid April.
We always enjoy visiting Luke Adams! Great time!
t was an awesome experience. Instructor was great and very informative. We will be back!!
Very educated staff who teach and help you understand the science behind the glass blowing. They’re fun and personable. Great class and will recommend to friends.
We had SO much fun! Our teacher Trevor was so helpful, made us feel completely safe and gave fantastic advice and information throughout our class. We told all of our friends about it and would love to come back again! Thank you!
We had such a fun time learning glass blowing! I highly recommend giving it a try, and ask for Christina (our Instructor) - she was awesome! Will definitely be coming back to do some more glass blowing. Thank you for such a fun night!
Fantastic class with great instructors! Being able to make more than just a paperweight was awesome. We made rocks glasses and got to pick our own colors and designs and really made it feel like you were in the drivers seat. Definitely take this class!
Teacher was fantastic. Disappointed we didn’t get to do more but understand why Also not happy to have to pay for additional colors. Overall love the products and would recommend ! Had a lot of Fun
The experience was great fun. The instructor, Matt, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of product options and the end product is top quality!
I've now taken two classes at Luke Adams, and had a great time at both lessons. Christina and Dylan are both friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful instructors.
I was so impressed!! The class went smoothly and everything was beautifully organized. Christina was WONDERFUL to learn from. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly. I can’t wait to come back!
My daughter and I attended a Luke Adams 1 hour Glass Blowing class four years ago. It was that class that made my daughter want to pursue Glass Blowing as a profession and she is now a second year student as Mass College of Art and Design majoring in Glass Blowing. I gave her and my husband a three hour class through Groupon. So they both attended, and I took pictures. Christina, the instructor was fantastic. She taught my daughter, one on one, things she hasn’t yet learned in her classes. She is professional and patient and explained everything. No wonder people continue to give this studio five stars. We are so lucky to have Luke Adams right here in Massachusetts.
The instructor did a good job of balancing: (a) teaching us some basics of working with glass, (b) giving us a hands on experience, and (c) making sure we came away with two beautiful pieces. It was a fascinating and fun experience.
Staff was phenomenal. I learned something new and had fun.
Super fun, hands on class.
Dylan was a great instructor. He had a relaxed manner and conveyed a lot of interesting information. As importantly, he was skilled and experienced enough to turn out good looking pieces even when entangled with me or another of the students.
Keith did a great job teaching and demonstrating glass blowing techniques.
I purchased this class for my cousin and myself and a Christmas gift and I am so glad I did! Everyone in the studio was so friendly when we walked in. Dylan, out instructor, introduced himself and helped us pick out what pieces we would like to make as well as what colors we would like to use. Dylan was so knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. He made it so easy and fun, and we were thrilled with what we were able to create. We will definitely be back for another class!
The options were great, instructor was nice and laid back. He answered all our absurd questions and rolled with our lame jokes. We will def be back! Had a great time!
