Learned a lot, including that lager must stay cold. Thanks!
tour was great, tour guide was awesome, very informative, prices are a little high.
Great facility, loved the brew hall and the tour was excellent! Food was good, and the beer was excellent! Springdale location is also very impressive!
Great service and awesome food.
What a fabulous activity for a very rainy day! We learned a lot and then stayed for a wonderful lunch and beer flight.
It was a small group of us that took the tour. Ryan took our tour and was very knowledgable and was able to answer all the questions we had about Jacks Abby.
Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. And, of course, the beer selection.
We basically had a personal tour since there was just two of us on the tour....so in depth.
Excellent experience. Top-notch food, amazing service, wonderful tour and OH...the beer! The beers were fabulous as were the prices! I will be back!
My group of 14 people had a wonderful time at the restaurant. The waitstaff, tour guide, food and beer was excellent. The staff went beyond expectations to ensure that the group enjoyed their visit. We will be back soon.
Tour of brewery was excellent. Guide was very informative. Afterwards, we ate in the restaurant. Food was delivered in pretty good time. My husband ordered a second beer to eat with his meal and it took forever. His meal was almost done when it came. We still enjoyed ourself but hope it was just a fluke. We’ll still come again.
The tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered a lot of questions. It was great to see behind the scenes at the brewery!
Great tour, would be nice to add a tasting, even at an additional cost, but otherwise very thorough!
Tour was just right pace, full of useful info that our guide made easy to understand. Guide Ryan was outstanding. Brewery was really impressive!
The facility was clean and well organized. The tour guide was informative and explained things well. The food and beer in the beer hall was great and the waitstaff was friendly
Great tour! Much more informative than other brewery tours I have been on!!!
Delicious food and cool facility!
Loved the atmosphere and vibe of the bar/seating area. Everyone was real nice, too! I really enjoyed the 3x hoponius union which I had never tasted before. I live in Philly and hope you begin to ship the 3x hoponius union to my area so I can enjoy this fantastic beer on a more regular basis.
The tour was quick, interesting and informative, the beers were fantastic, and the food was high quality. I rate the experience a 4 out of 5 only because we ate around 2:30 PM on a Sunday and at that time, only the brunch menu was available in the beer hall, and my group was more interested in lunch/dinner. As such, we were unable to order what we wanted, but the food we did get was very good anyway!
Outer tour guide Ryan was wonderful. My husband and I were the only 2 on our tour and Ryan could have rushed us through but was very attentive to us. We had a pleasant Lund of pizza and flight. We will return.
Brewery tour was informative and the food & waitstaff were both excellent!!
We had an enjoyable couple of hours at Jack's Abby. The tour was basic, but pleasant. Note that unlike most brewery tours I've been on, there are no tastings with this one. Following the half hour tour, my wife and I sat at the bar and figured we'd each have a flight, and thereby try several brews. The bartender wasn't any help in deciding what to try. Her advice was 'just pick some', with no descriptions offered. To go with the beer, I tried the hot dog, and my wife tried the pretzel - both were good.
Guide did not make the tour too interesting. He seemed a bit bored and going through the motions.
Great atmosphere beer and wings
First time visiting Jack's Abby Brewing. They have an awesome atmosphere that is inclusive of everyone. I had booked a brewery tour, which turned out to be a private tour since no one else registered for it. This made the experience extra unique, since we were able to ask all the questions we wanted too. The overall service was also great. Very friendly staff that was willing to accommodate our every need. Definitely recommend checking this brewery out!
Hailey was a great guide. Very cool facility.
Great trip! We went to Jack's Abby for brunch on a Sunday to be followed by a tour. I had Bacon and Potato pizza with a flight of IPA/IPLs. Tasty! The tour was very informative and I received a token for a discount at the store. Very nice and informative staff, clean everything and delicious food and ale.
Our tour guide Josh was extremely informative with all aspects of the company’s brewing process. It was by far the most fun I had on a brewery tour. The establishment is very clean as well as amazing food, service and along with that amazing beer.
Our tour guide was awesome!!
We booked a tour for 2:30PM on a Sunday. We got there and realized we were going to have more time to kill than we needed. We asked our server about moving up our tour. The next thing we knew, a tour guide, Mike, was at our table telling us that he could definitely take us in an earlier tour. The tour was really informative and I learned more than I expected. Plus, the beer is always good and the hash is delicious!
Tour was very technical & not alot about your beers specifically. No tasting option. Beer hall was VERY busy just to get a flight. Ordered the Sausage platter & the portion was VERY small for the price. We drove 45 min for the afternoon & not sure it was totally worth the drive.
Not enough space for tasting after the tour. There seemed to be more families than people going on the tour. Perhaps a section at the bar reserved for people on the tour would have enhanced my experience.
Great tour of a wonderful facility; great lunch and beer sampler afterwards. We'll be back!
