What You Will Do
- Cook alongside two well-known chefs, Andris and Craig, as you learn the art of pizza-making in a state-of-the-art test kitchen

My favorite honeymoon memory is of a cooking class my wife and I took called The Argentine Experience. We learned how to make empanadas and steak with a group of other couples. The Baking Steel Class is my new favorite memory. The vibe was great; the pace just right. Andris and Craig have great chemistry, and it makes the evening that much more fun. Oh! - and the pizza was amazing!

We had so much fun ! Both Andreas and Craig were so down to earth ! Very helpful on how to perfect the dough with great easy tips to make this at home!The beer and wine and lots of food also helped ! We will be back with more friends ! We can't wait to use our baking steel this week !

The class was very informative, fun and delicious! We learned a lot about what we had. Wen doing "wrong" when making pizza. When we went home to do it ourselves for the first time, we were a little nervous it might not be as good as in the class, but it was still amazing!

After signing up for the Baking Steel class, I asked myself, what could I possibly learn about making pizza dough and cooking a pizza. My father owned a Pizzeria for many years and I was convinced I could teach this class… Boy was I wrong. This class exceeded our expectation. Chef Craig and Andris taught us the science behind cooking and we made the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Brick oven quality in a residential oven.
This was a great......., it may have been that we a great group of people to share our experience with, I would have to say that Andrais and Craig were very informative and kept the mood upbeat and light, This was the first time my Wife and I had done anything like this and we came away from this pizza making class feeling very good about the whole experience and that this would be something that we would encourage our friends to try. I like the fact that there really wasn't a push or pressure to purchase product just a relaxing fun time making pizza with other folks who obviously enjoy making pizza and cooking also. There's not much I would change......Great job!
The class was fun and educational! It satisfied our desire to create deliciious pizzas---and in a very entertaining and light-hearted atmosphere. We enjoyed our teachers, Andris and Craig, we loved having wine and beer during the class and with our pizza, and we enjoyed our fellow classmates. What could be better?!

The evening was totally relaxing and informative. The demos and hands on follow up making our own pizzas locked in the skills to do it ourselves. With the take home dough and the baking steel I purchased, I was able to duplicate what I learned in class in my own oven. The pizza is soooo delicious and I will never order a pizza again. This process is all about having the right tools and the Baking Steel is the ultimate tool in my cooking arsenal. I can't wait to experiment and learn new uses for the baking steel.
