The evening was totally relaxing and informative. The demos and hands on follow up making our own pizzas locked in the skills to do it ourselves. With the take home dough and the baking steel I purchased, I was able to duplicate what I learned in class in my own oven. The pizza is soooo delicious and I will never order a pizza again. This process is all about having the right tools and the Baking Steel is the ultimate tool in my cooking arsenal. I can't wait to experiment and learn new uses for the baking steel. Andris and Craig were great; they made class fun, educational and we ended up with some great pizza. Their facility is very clean, class size was small making it much easier to get one-on-one attention if needed. I would highly recommend their class.

The evening flowed nicely and was very educational I learned more about the whole baking process. Eight participants was perfect, I didn't feel as if it was overly crowed and it was a nice mix of people and personalities. Since I enjoy baking bread I feel that I have more knowledge about they use of yeast which will help me produce a nicer loaf of bread in the future. The whole process was inspiring.

Great evening. Excellent instruction, delicious pizza, wine, fun conversation. We highly recommend it to couples, groups, or office mates. I finally, after years of recipes, You Tube videos, and trial and error -- am confident that I can make a great tasting pizza with little effort. Oh yes, the baking steel is a great kitchen accessory.

Excellent hands on class with practice making pizzas. Very friendly staff more than happy to answer questions and help with technique. Nice kitchen set up with large center island ideal for small classes. Driveway somewhat difficult to find on a dark night. Might want to put some directional tips on the website and parking instructions. Thanks again.
Me and my wife chose this class to get a better understanding of how we can use the pizza steel in competition. As bbq competitors the knowledge has already helped

The entire experience was well organized and comfortable. Having someone available to keep the wine glasses full was a great idea. The initial appetizer was a nice intro. Good music. Well thought out.

Andris and the young lady who assisted were great hosts. Andris was extremely knowledgeable and willing to share what he had learned. The kitchen was impressive, warm and comfortable. Andris's approach to making the pizza dough step by step and letting us participate is a great method of teaching. The pizza we made was delicious. Tonight I will be making my first pizza on baking steel using the recipe from Thursday evening.
