Excellent Freedom Trail Tour! - Tour guide (Alex) was terrific. She had theatre experience, which allowed her to speak from memory without sounding robotic. She conveyed facts with enthusiasm and answered all questions well.

This was our first time... - This was our first time in Boston. It was a very informative tour. It ended up being just the 2 of us since one of the participants didn’t show. The guide was very detailed and has lived in the area her entire life.

Disappointing - If I could give this 0 stars I would. The guide didn’t show up at all and we were left stranded at the pick up point without a tour. Took several days to get my money refunded.

Disappointed - Horrible experience. Our tour guide never even showed up. We tried calling the company and I was put on hold multiple times and then was told Someone would call me back, they never did. Don’t waste your money.
