- Granary Burying Ground - Founding fathers, changemakers and colorful personalities have made the Granary Burying Ground their final resting place. Hear about these individuals fascinating lives (or deaths) and take in some of the most quintessentially New England mortuary art around.
- King’s Chapel - One of Boston Early Anglican Churches in Boston, King’s Chapel is a witness sight to many of the events of the American Revolution, and its adjoining Burying Ground is the final resting place of a number of notable Bostonians
- Old City Hall - The original sight of the Boston Latin School, famous students include a number of founding fathers, one of whom is its most famous drop-out! You’ll have to join the tour to find out who!
- Old Corner Bookstore - Once the center of literary life in New England, Old Corner Bookstore played host to Dickens, Stowe, Hawthorne and so many more!
- Old South Meeting House - One of Boston’s early Puritan Congregations, Old South stood the test of time. The home congregation to both patriots and loyalists, this is the only original site connected to the Boston Tea Party left standing in Boston, its story of survival and endurance is worth remembering!
- Old State House - The seat of Royal Government for Colonial Massachusetts, and Early State government for the Commonwealth, the political life of this building is where many of our nation’s founders cut their teeth in politics. Join us to learn about how this civic center impacted people like john and Samuel Adams, John Hancock and many others!
- Boston Massacre Site - Right in front of the East Façade of the Old State House happened one of the most pivotal moments in the lead up to the American Revolution. But what was the Boston Massacre really? And why would it take another 6 years for the impact of this event to boil over into the shot heard round the world?
- Faneuil Hall Marketplace - Faneuil Hall, once referred to as the “cradle of Liberty”, the name has stuck since that moment. Our final stop on the abbreviated tour, we will part ways under the shadow of one of Boston’s most recognizable landmarks.
