The best customer service ever - Michael from City View went out of his way to make sure we had a fantastic trip. We had some special needs, and honestly—we were just two people out of the many passengers who take the tours every day—he treated us as though we were the most important clients ever, including being available through text. Also my friend is a trolley driver/narrator in Provincetown, and she thought that Kim did an amazing job—lots of professional admiration there.

Great driver - The bus driver was hilarious and informative. His authentic Boston accent added to the tour. You could tell he grew up there and knew the area.

Trolley tour - Driver was very knowledgeable about the history of Boston, he explained in details every stop that we’ve passed by. The trolley was clean and comfortable for the 80min tour.

I thought the driver was... - I thought the driver was a bit over the top with his Boston sarcasm. We brought friends from the mid-west to Boston to see a bit of the city and they were a bit surprised.

Trolley guides are not all the same caliber - The ability to get on and off at each stop was amazing and you could walk and go see all the great stops! The trolley drivers were not all equal in how good they were at speaking the information or making it fun. The short haired blond lady is terrible. She has a tape that she only plays sometimes. There is an older man that is slender and he is great!!

Worst tour experience - I decided to take my friends on the 80 minutes trolley tour in order to have a great time and get to know Boston. What I thought would be a great experience was a great disappointment. The trolley operator Joseph Demers was extremely rude from the get go. Five minutes from the beginning he started telling some ladies seated in the back of the trolley to keep quiet because other people wanted to hear his tour explanation. Later one of my friends pointed a site we wanted to see and we cheat chated for a second when this man jumped at us and told us to shut up and that out conversation was ridiculous loud… I couldn’t believe my ears, I was so embarrassed and he kept going and going with his loud horribly pitched voice humiliating us. He even said “I know you probably don’t understand what I am saying but you need to be quiet”… WHAT?? Maybe because we are three women in their 60’s two Hispanic and one Asian he thought we are stupid at profiling us which felt discriminatory behavior. We were so upset that we just made it to the 7th or 8th stop and got off without finishing the tour, wasting almost a $100 for nothing. Other passengers were visibly upset with this man that seems he had forgotten we are on vacation trying to have a good time not been reprimanded by this uneducated man. He was in another hand screaming at his “cousin” ( a street vendor ) he was advertising for us to buy souvenirs. Terrible experience for someone that has travelled over 35 counties very disappointing.
