It was a good experience... - It was a good experience but the app was a little confusing. I enjoyed the history behind each stop and how is it was to navigate through independently

Boston - Freedom Trail - A must do ! - Great tour, loved the information and the freedom of a ‘self-guided’ tour. It allowed us to stop and spend more time in areas we wanted to explore.

Educational Tour of Boston - Loved this self guided tour of the Freedom Trail. I loved how you could go at your own pace, If you miss something you can rewind to listen again, if there are things you don’t want to spend too much time experiencing you can skip. If you want to break for lunch or restroom, you can pause the audio and pick up right where you left off. I am not a fan of group tours, so this was absolutely the perfect way to take in the rich history of Beantown. Highly recommend, was easy to use and understand!

Tour to see interesting places in Boston. - It is a very interesting and informative walk. First you will need to bring the phone and headphones 100% charged with extra battery because it becomes very long. It says in the app 21⁄2 hours, but the truth is to walk for 4 hours or more, so mind you to take a long walk and preferably start early so you can enter some places that close at 5:00 pm. It is also suggested to bring enough snacks and hydration, but you can still pause the audio and eat in certain places like the Italian neighborhood that is beautiful! Overall very good!

Boston from the inside! - I learned so much about Boston history! Had no idea what a metal smith Paul Revere was & his craftsmanship around Boston.

Boston sightseeing - It gives you information on the sights you see as you follow the trail. My husband wouldn’t pay for a tour he said we could just follow the trail. We would have just been looking at buildings and frankly lost without the app.

Interesting tour, convenient - My husband and I took this self guided Freedom Trail tour today, and it was very good. We appreciated being able to go at our own pace and stop to shop or get food. The explanations were in-depth and interesting, but sometimes it was hard to figure out if we were in the right place and synched up with the narration. I thought we'd be able to both use my phone, but it was too hard to hear, so we ended up buying another copy for my husband to use on his phone and that worked much better. When we were passing large groups of noisy people or restaurants with outdoor music, we had to pause the tour because it was impossible to hear the narration (not the fault of the tour company that produced the audio tour, just saying that as a recommendation).

I wish we could speed up the talking otherwise great tour! - I liked the tour. It had great information and was easy to navigate. However, I wish there was a 2x button to increase the speed of talking.

You get what you pay for. God but could use some improvements. - The narrator was entertaining. I found the app to be confusing. It took half the walking tour to figure out each segment loops it certain places. When the narrator says he’ll stop, does that mean you pause the tour or keep walking? Then it has “unlock tour” when it should say “unlock hands-free”. If you click on the map, I got stuck and couldn’t figure out how to get back out. Somehow I did but don’t know what I touched. It says you can use two devices with the same code. Ours didn’t work. Had to call them to get a new code. When to voicemail but they immediately texted back, which I appreciated. Unfortunately I missed a lot of the narration trying to get in sync with the tour. It certainly doesn’t go into as much narration on the guided tours we heard. Take a battery charged because it drains your phone mid-way.
