Great way to see city... - Great way to see city sites. Weather was great. Our tour guide was great as well. Hop on hop off bus was a very good choice.

When you book this make... - When you book this make sure the bus goes to the places you want to go as there are different routes to choose from. We did enjoy the commentaries and seeing the sights of Boston

Return bus to ship inconsistent - Bus back to ship doesn’t leave at regular intervals. Was told by employee at transfer point at 3:35 bus goes to ship every 20 min, we got on a bus at 3:50 (1st bus since 3:35), was told bus would leave at 4:00, bus did leave for ship until 4:20. This delay messed up our shipboard plans.

Poor frequency - There are multiple tour companies offering hop on hop off tours of downtown Boston. Ours (Hop on hop off open top double decker Bus) seems to have worst frequency. We waited for more than half hour for our bus to vome by while other buses, notably Trolley Tour buses, came by every 6-8 minutes or so. Wish we had known that before.

Would NOT recommend! - The trolleys did not seem to continually run, so hopping on was not quickly available. Had to wait at the stops much longer than anticipated. The tour guides were hard to hear/understand during the trip. The North tour end was done via a small, enclosed shuttle, not the open top trolley and the trip was horrible. You couldn't see many of the things the driver mentioned (in fact, his words were "you can't see this, but....", and it was impossible to get good photos through dirty windows. Definitely would not use this company again. This was definitely not worth the cost.

Slow Moving and Overpriced. There are better options - Rip-off. We had to wait for almost an hour for a bus from the cruise ship to the Faneuil Hall market area because "they didn't have enough buses scheduled!" Wanted to take the 'orange' route to see Bunker Hill and the USS Constitution, and was told by the bus driver "no problem -- you can switch buses at the stop". But there was NO bus to the USS Constitution.... even though it is listed as stop in their brochure! Rip off. These people dont care. They have a slow, boring blue-route tour, they'll take your money and never see you again. Decide where you want to go, and take Ubers instead.

Poor value and uninteresting - Was not very informative, never really understood the geography or history on the tour. Chris was unfortunately for us not who we would choose again.

Awful service - The blue line was great but we waited for over an hour at stop 9 on Orange line before a small bus arrived. Stopped at 10 and eight people needed to get on had been waiting an hour and they couldn’t get o city bus came by multiple times while ours never did.n, a bus finally came for them. Then back at 1 waited an hour to get on a bus to take us back to the cruise ship, the old town trolley and city bus came by multiple times while ours never did.

Shocking - What a joke,the lady selling the tickets didn’t have a clue and the bus driver was a joke as well..Told the bus was only a shuttle to the main bus,the lady selling the tickets did not know this.Told that they were very busy and could get our money back,lady selling tickets new nothing of this. When we finally got on the bus it could have been done in half the time and the shuttle back to the ship was a driver who couldn’t tell the time,told different people different times.Avoid this firm and go with someone else..
