good experience - there is no restaurant so if you want to eat must go before or after there are no drink or bar I was disappointed because it would be a perfect place to enjoy a coffee or tea with such a great view

Great view of the city - There is a great view from the top deck of the observation tower, but we did not believe it was worth the cost just to go up and view the city for $35. There is a nice bar at the top, the surrounding glass was kept super clean to be able to clearly view the city, but there are no markers, or indicators of the sites, you need to determine those yourself.

View Boston Observation Deck 800 Boylston Street Boston, Massachusetts - The observation deck view of Boston, MA is in the Prudential Center. It is nice and you get a 360-degree look around the city. The food and drink stations were closed because they were getting ready for a private party. $34 a ticket is a little high and we had to pay $47 for parking.

Needs better signage inside the building - We were late getting to The prudential center because we were late getting back from a duck boat tour but we thought we would still try to see if we could still make the observation deck. We COULD NOT even find where we were supposed to go. There’s no signs directing you and not a sign that says To observation deck. So we didn’t get to go up. We were pretty bummed we didn’t find it.

Should be shut down or discounts during private events. - Saturday July 11, 2026. Floor 51 , with the bar and outside deck, was shut down, closed for a private party. I appreciate that someone organized an event for friends and family. The rest of us should have been forewarned, or tickets discounted 75%, since 3/4 of the benefit was not available to us

Screw the View - No more kiosks, Bistro restaurant permanently closed, status bar closed, no view itinerary upon leaving, no photo keepsakes

Overpriced - Experience overpriced. The views was great that's about it you can do it in 15 minutes. Everything else was whacked. Fake flowers everywhere it didn't make sense. Table and chairs not in order just a 15 walk-around nothing worth that price.
