This was an incredibly fun evening filled with laughter and yummy pizza. Very informative, practical, hands-on class, taught leaving nothing out about the process. I am so confident I can repeat the success in class at home. We were a group of 5 and all of us were delighted with the class. Can't wait to throw a party and have my guests invent individual pizzas from a topping bar, because they cook in only 4 minutes. I highly recommend this as a fun way to celebrate anything with friends and family as a party event! The instructor deserves a big round of applause for such a fine class! Many thanks for making my birthday a night to remember!

A new twist on pizza making. Not just pizza; a taste of home made stromboli, generous supply of wine, carefully detailed instructions and plenty of self prepared pizza to eat and take home.

I thought I made a pretty good pizza before the class, but it was incredible how much better it was during class. I learned about the things that I had been doing wrong (my words, not theirs) and how important the ingredients are in the final product. Add to that that Andris and Craig are excellent instructors! They kept the class light and informal and made it n extremely fun and tasty class!

Andris and Craig are a great team, real pros. What was most impressive was how fresh they made the class. Nothing tired or stale about it. The participants in my class ranged from serious pizza makers to the occasional one (me) but it was a fun, congenial group of people who simply wanted to know how to make the best pizzas at home. I needed help on techniques and Andris and Craig delivered. I left feeling confident I could duplicate the results. Highly recommend.
