Great for beginners - Great excursion, highly recommend if you have never done this before. Guide does go slow so excellent for novices. If you seeking something more fast paced I probably wouldn’t recommend. This is a chilled ride along a route.

Exhilarating James Bond style ride! - Fantastic! We hired two skidoos and shared adult and child on each. A brilliant and exhilarating adventure for us all! We booked 5pm so it was dark and with the heavy snowfall we were treated to a movie scene experience riding through powder and tunnels made of trees. We were able to swap riders half way with lots of time for photos to remember the experience. Recommend this activity!

Don’t risk booking this activity totally rude service provider. - The service provider is rude and unreliable. We had a confirmation of the activity multiple times by the intermediary agency Traventuria but when we arrived there the service provider first Ski-doo, when we arrived first claimed not to have our booking and tried to blame it on Traventuria. Then when he called Traventuria and confirmed the booking, came up with the snow excuse, then said that he could offer as an alternative quad bikes however only at 5pm or the day after when we were booked to leave at 6pm. We then went to Traventuria office in Borovets who apologized for the mix up, and after doing some calls offered the quad bike alternative at 3pm. We proceeded to go to the provider at 2.45 pm, who once again denied he can provide the service at 3pm and insisted that he could not do before 5pm. When we accepted the 5pm offer and made arrangements for the transfer provider to come later at 6.30 pm, he again said that he could not guarantee we would leave at 5 pm as he was evidently overbooked and did not know if we could leave at 5.30 or even later. Again we were denied the activity. We where not staying at the resort but in Sofia and went specifically to Borovets on purpose. We were a group of 9 so booked a transfer to and from Sofia for the cost of Euro 230. Nobody called us to say that the activity could not be help due to lack of snow, at least 24 hours before, something that certainly is predictable with today’s weather forecasts. At the end we were given the refund but no compensation for having ruined our day going to and fro between the agency and the provider. Totally unreliable I would simply not risk booking this activity.
