Julie is amazing! - Julie was AMAZING!!! She was so informative and friendly. Tasted at 4 different spots, and all the wine was GOOD. We came home with 7 bottles, but others in our group were ordering cases. Highly recommend!!

Day of Wine and Beauty! - We had a wonderful time on our Saint Emilion and Medoc tour with Pauline! We got to visit so many vineyards and learn about the wine making process at each Chateau. Pauline provided expertise and answered all our questions about the wine and the history of the region. The lunch provided was delicious and we finished the tour very full of wine! All the samples we had were excellent and we feel much more knowledgeable going back home to the states! We can’t wait to share some of the wine we bought with friends! Thanks for a great day, Pauline!

A superb day out learning about the area and its wines! - An absolutely superb day out exploring the wine regions and countryside. Our guide was very friendly and welcoming and very knowledgable. We saw some beautiful countryside along the way and the stop at the village of St Emillion was a highlight of our entire stay. Note; if you are not steady on your feet then this could be tricky as the streets are steep and cobbled. We did a lovely comparison tasting at a shop and then moved onto a family vineyard for a tour, talk, tasting and lunch including a bottle of wine! Into the left bank and a stop at a large vineyard and a very good talk, tour and tasting. Onto our last stop close by of a smaller family vineyard and a lovely tasting session. A great end to a long and memorable day!

Great Bordeaux wine trip! - This was an amazing experience! Pauline was an excellent guide and was so knowledgable! We got to go to three different chateaus as well as one tasting room. The lunch was delicious from local producers. If you are looking to explore the Bordeaux wine region, we could not recommend a better experience.

Interesting visit, but can improve - The activity is interesting to explore the region and know some wines, but, putting everything on the balance, I consider that the value charged is not adjusted to what is actually offered. The chateaux selected were not very special and, in general, did not meet expectations, with the exception of Château Dauzac, where we were extremely well received. The guide was friendly, accessible and demonstrated remarkable knowledge — it was undoubtedly the highlight of the visit. In contrast, the experience at Château Bernateau was quite disappointing. The guide seemed unmotivated, without enthusiasm and nothing captivating. The space given for lunch was uncomfortable and without proper conditions; there was no access to water or wardrobes without having to ask repeatedly. The sandwiches were cold and had no quality compatible with the price paid. Also, there was no coffee available at the end of the meal, nor was there a stop at any place where we could have it. As a constructive critic, I think it would be important to review the selection of chateaux included in the activity — replacing, from now on, Château Bernateau — and to provide a more comfortable, organized and coherent lunch with the amount charged. Overall, the price-quality ratio was very low. We feel we paid too much for what we were offered.

Evaluation of tour - We found the activity interesting to explore the region, but we thought the chateaux chosen would be more impactful. We really liked the chateau Lauzac, an engaging space, proof and guide, which demonstrated knowledge and captured everyone’s interest. At Château Bernateu, where the lunch took place, the guide was not integrated with the group and the explanation was quick and unenthusiastic. The lunch at this Château was weak and with little comfort, we were counting on something superior. Overall, we liked the experience, but we had higher expectations regarding the amenities and selection of the Châteaus.
