- Grosse Cloche de Bordeaux - This tour spans about 3 hours and is split into two segments. The first segment includes visits to the finest artisanal shops in the city, such as a bakery, cheese shop, butcher, and canelé pastry shop. Participants will have the opportunity to sample some items, but the highlight occurs in the second segment. Here, guests will enjoy a seated wine, cheese, and charcuterie pairing as a grand finale at a wine cellar or shop. During the walk, several historical landmarks in Old Town Bordeaux will be highlighted, including the Camino de Santiago and the Grosse Cloche, one of Bordeaux’s most iconic monuments.
- Cinéma Utopia - The standard tour begins at Cinema Utopia and covers approximately 1 km over a relaxed hour and a half, prior to the seated wine pairing. There are opportunities to sit and rest along the route, and the distance can be further shortened if there are elderly or mobility-impaired participants on the tour.
- Bakery Art Gallery - La Galerie - Gluten-free clients can be accommodated with a special bonus stop at a gluten-free bakery. If you have celiac disease, please inform us in advance so we can follow our special protocol.

We experienced a very... - We experienced a very personalized tour with Alex that was exceptional. We went to various local stores to purchase cheese, bread, meat and pastries and at in a local wine bar to experience a pairing led by Alex. Along the way we saw some of the local sights in the old town and learned about the history. We had a lovely time and highly recommend this experience to everyone visiting Bordeaux!

Trip highlight! - Our tour guide, Alex, was wonderful! He genuinely really enjoyed showing us around, and wanted to know what we were interested in so he could tailor the tour just for us. The cheeses and pastries were the best I've ever tasted. So glad to have had this experience!

Outstanding!! - We have been on many tours, but this was one of the very best. Alexandre not only provided a very customized experience based on our likes and dislikes, he pulled it all together with a charcuterie board paired with just the right wines. He was very engaging and spent extra time with us. Best yet, after the trip, he sent an email with everything we had tasted and where so we have notes the next time we go back and/or recommendations for friends. Alexandre is the best!!

Taking this trip was a great idea! - Taking this trip was a great decision! Alex was the perfect guide to Bordeaux. She was knowledgeable, cheerful and fun! I learned about the local cuisine and wine from experts. We stopped at extraordinary shops, all the while learning fascinating history from Alex. I can't say enough good things about this tour. It couldn't have been better!

Great Food and Wine with history - Alex has been a very nice Guide telling is about the history of Bordeaux. We have tasted amazing food, such as Canele, a variety of Cheese and Meat. We tasted an excellent local Cremant. The tour is recommendable to get to know the city and find some Great Spots for very good food.

Food, Wine & City History…A Must Do Your 1st Day! - I highly recommend taking this tour. Alexandra was our guide and she was very knowledgeable and fun. The food and wine were all high quality and tasted great. Her passion for the city, food and wine made this a 5 star experience. She also made a couple of stops along the way to educate us about the history of the city which was awesome. Because our tour became so small we were able to really customize all our tastings which was really cool. The stops she brought us to were so good we revisited 2 of them to purchase more and went 2 an additional recommendations which were also amazing. I would say do this right when you get to the city it you haven’t been before and it will provide you some places to eat and drink during the rest of your stay.

Alexander Is The Hidden Gem - First off I must give thanks to Alexander. He was one of the best guides we have had. Why? My wife only speaks Spanish and he was extremely patient and even explained things in Spanish for her. I told him I really liked Gothic architecture so he took us off script to a Gothic style church to see. Incredible experience with him. All of the cheeses, meats, bread, and wine was delicious. If you are going to Bourdeaux don’t hesitate to make this booking.

Perfect intro to Bordeaux's food and wine - Perfect introduction to Bordeaux and French wine and food with a knowledgeable guide and sommelier. Alexandra led us around town at a leisurely pace and took her time explaining the history of all the places we shopped for our food tasting and was very patient with our questions. Her excellent command of English made it easy for us to understand her at all times and added to our enjoyment of the tour.
Later at the wine shop , Tom gave us an impressive and thorough presentation on the various wine appellations surrounding Bordeaux in a way that even those of us that were not well versed in the French wine industry could understand and learn from.
All in all, Alexandra and Tom make the perfect team to introduce one to the food and wines of the Bordeaux region.
