Cancellation Policy
Heavy Metal Playground strictly enforces a 24 hour cancellation policy. Your reservation is refundable less a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel 24 hours in advance of your reservation. Cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation of your reservation by HMP due to weather, equipment problems, or any other unforeseen circumstances, your reservation will be refunded in full or you will be offered a credit toward a future reservation.

I had so much fun. I’ve always wanted to drive an excavator and it did not disappoint. The guys were great, too!

My husband, 15-year-old son, and 12-year-old daughter had so much fun learning how to maneuver the Bobcats. And I couldn't stop smiling just watching them! Mark and his colleague led them through every step, making sure they felt comfortable, and they were able to participate in a little family competition. Turns out my daughter has a future as an equipment operator, if she so chooses!
