The Ultimate Dolomite Tour - Our guide Matteo took us on a magical journey through the majestic Dolomites. We were lucky to have such an educated and knowledgeable guide. He chose the perfect stops for our young children to enjoy, while the adults were able to take in the stunning views. Matteo intimately knows the Alps and shared his experiences and knowledge of local history, economics, culture, geography, geology, and cuisine. We learned so much in one day. Thank you for sharing your love and respect for the mighty Dolomites, Matteo. We will never forget this experience you gave to my family. Until we meet again…

One of the best days of my life!! - I HIGHLY recommend the services of Concierge Dolomites. Our day in the Dolomites with our driver Matteo was one we will never forget, simply amazing!! We trusted him with his recommended itinerary, which took us to scenic stops less visited and away from the crowd of tourists. His passion for and knowledge of the mountains is evident at every turn. You will be left speechless and breathless. We look forward to returning and spending more time with Matteo.

It was a wonderful experience. - It was a comfortable tour in a large private car. Our guide Matteo was also very friendly and gracious to our selfishness. Unfortunately, the weather was fine, but we really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the car seat we had asked for beforehand was not prepared. We had them respond immediately, but the start time was delayed a little bit. But otherwise I was very happy. I would like to use it if I have another chance.

A very special day! - Our day with Manuela was magical. Lots of beautiful scenery on the drive. Expert navigating around an accident on the highway. We would never have found these breathtaking views on our own, aka hidden Dolomites. I don’t think there are better Mountain Views in all the world. Ride thru Ski slopes, alpine meadows, views on views of snow topped peaks, quaint towns, hairpin turns. Do this trip. You will not regret it! Our group of 6 was astounded at every turn!

Breathtaking! - The One day private tour: The hidden Dolomites was fantastic, and tailored to our interests. Our guide/driver, Klaus, a lifelong resident of the Dolomites, shared so much about his home mountains, while he drove us from one breathtaking venue to the next. The Dolomites are incredible and Klaus did an amazing job sharing them with us. We had lunch at the top of the Pordoi cable car, while enjoying unbelievable views. Klaus suggested that we stop in at the WWI museum at the bottom of the cable car, and we were so glad we did. We learned a lot. We could not have had a better introduction to these unique mountains. We hope to be back in the winter to ski on some of the beautiful slopes we saw covered with wild flowers in July.

Great customer service & tour guide! - Matteo was wonderful! He contacted us the day before our tour to warn us of bad weather. (We couldn’t reschedule due to our departure the day after our tour.) He agreed to continue, to show us as much as possible despite pouring rains…as long as it was safe. In the early morning hours my husband had a medical emergency that landed us in the local hospital for over half the day. :( We contacted Matteo 1.5hr before our pickup and he understood. Later we requested a partial refund which the tour company generously granted, though they would not have had to do so. We were very disappointed that we couldn’t make this tour and sadly can’t speak to its beauty. But we can say that the customer service and our tour guide Matteo was friendly, professional, and tried to make it work for us!

Spectacular views - Our tour was great, the Dolomites are just spectacular! Stefano, our tour guide, was incredible and we were amazed with his remarkable knowledge! Unfortunately the driver, Alex, could you use some training; his driving was way too fast and he spoke too much about his own endeavors with the tour guide, taking Stefano away from sharing more information!
