Delightful! - Loads of fun. Margherita’s home is warm and welcoming. Delicious meal - did some pasta rolling, made tiramisu, learned some correct pronunciation of Italian. A lovely, delightful evening.

The Best of Bologna! - Margherita not only taught us delicious recipes, her warm welcome and pride for her city made touring the market an unforgettable experience. She is a true gem in this historic city. The venue is also a one-of-a-kind opportunity to get to know Bologna on a local, non-touristy level.

Very nice experience - A really nice afternoon with lovely Margherita. We were so well taken care of. My daughter 23 and my son 21 years old learned a lot about Bologna and the surroundings as well as the food. We first took a walk in Bologna’s food district and then cooked together good Italian pasta. And tiramesu! Margaritha was generous and and patient with us. So happy that we had this opportunity to meet lovely Margaritha.

One of the most memorable experiences from our 10 day trip to Italy! - One of my family’s favorite memories from our 10 day Italian trip! Margherita was so welcoming, we loved touring the market, and food was incredible! Her apartment is located in the university area, with a conservatory nearby - so we were treated to arias from operas throughout our class. That combined with views of the beautiful courtyard, amazing food and wine - this was a wonderful experience that my family will never forget!

Awful Experience and I did not even get to cook! - We were confirmed and had vouchers for months for a cooking class in Bologna with Margerita at 4:30pm. I received a message from her in the morning that she was looking forward to meeting us for our cooking class, I responded that we were too. About an hour later I received a message from her asking where we were, that the class was now going to be at 10am, I sent her a message immediately and then callled her and told her that I was not contacted about a change in the time that my voucer said 4:30pm, she said that she could not do it at 4:30pm, then proceeded to hang up on me! I will never book another tour with Viator, even though I called lthem and they issued a refund, I will never book another thing with them, the woman was beyond rude; and I did nothing wrong. So if you elect to book this cooking class, good luck.
