Great food tour in Bologna - We had a great food tour in Bologna, Elinor was a lovely and informative guide! Everything we ate and drank was tasty and we were very full by the end. We also got to see pasta being made and tasted different ages of balsamic vinegar and parmagiana. Delicious! Would highly recommend.

Fun food! - We had an amazing tour with Isadora! She was so knowledgeable and took us to some really interesting places. I got to try some things I wouldn't have otherwise. It was great to learn more about prosciutto, parmigiano, and balsamic- now I feel like I know what to look for even when I get home. Great day!

Perfect - We had a perfect afternoon with isadora. For two active seniors, the pace was perfect. Her insights into the city helped us enjoy our time. The spots she found for us gave us a great overview of the city’s culinary scene. Especially liked her knowledgeable history of the area. We highly recommend spending the afternoon with isadora in bologna

Excellent tour with delicious food and wine - Really great tour with Izzy, great conversation, mix of food, local culture and history; her relaxed and easy conversation made it really enjoyable. When the other reviews said go hungry they weren't joking...lots of food, really delicious and non-touristy stops. Highly recommend!

Think carefully about this food tour - The guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the regions wines and food. We stopped for a few slices of mortadella, a few cubes of aged cheese with expensive balsamic vinegar, a small portion of cheese ravioli and bolognese pasta, a tiny bite of a specialty cake usually served at Christmas and finally two different prosciutto. Two glasses of wine included per person All this for $223 for a couple. If you are interested in the food only and not the stories behind the food, skip the tour and go spend your money for the same food at any of the good restaurants. If you take the tour do it the first or second day. Otherwise you are likely to have all the same food within a few days of your stay in Bologna.
