This place has the best customer service. Everyone, especially Conner, is very knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging. We have looked in a few other stores and ranges, but always end up back here. It's not the closest, but it's always worth the drive. This is our go-to archery spot, and we highly recommend it.

We recently used Dead On Archery’s Hunting Simulator as an activity for a guys’ weekend, and it was an absolute hit. Our group of four, which included two experienced archers and two complete beginners, required us to rent a couple of bows. The Dead On staff were incredibly supportive, helping the new guys get comfortable and making sure everyone had a great experience. We spent an hour on the simulator, and it was a blast for the entire group. The technology, the setup, and the staff’s guidance made it both fun and approachable, no matter your skill level. As always, the Dead On Archery team is top-notch; knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely committed to making your experience enjoyable. It was fun learning for my son to see the vitals after each of his shots. He really thought it was a fun experience as we shot together.

The young man that checked us in was very helpful and gave my 10 year old grandson some important tips before setting us u[p on the simulator. Grandson spent the next hour shooting at big game and learning about aim and accuracy. He loved it and I loved watching him. He already is asking to back.

They let me sign up for an hour window and they had an option for 5:30-6:30. When I showed up they informed me that they close at 6 so I would only get 30 for the simulator. I wasn’t thrilled to learn that I wouldn’t get my full hour because I would have scheduled it earlier if I knew I would get cut off. so having that option of a 5:30 time slot I was miss informed. Other than that staff was very kind about it and even fixed the machine so we could have some fun
