Rent A Friend from Zebra Fisgona is perfect day spent in Bogota - This was a wonderful experience. I first got introduced to Zebra Fisgona from their YouTube channel and just loved their energy. Plus I like people who try and start their own entrepreneurial spirit.
I was a little sad that Aleja or Juani was not going to be my tour guides, but at the same time, super happy that they are growing so fast that they have to hire additional guides. Way to go girls!
With that being said, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Vivi. She was amazing and doing everything she could to make me feel seen and heard. I don't like typical "Touristy" stuff. I want the "LOCAL" experience and that is what she provided me. She had a crap ton of information to give me about every corner of Bogota that we went to. Not only was she super sweet and kind and personable. She went the extra mile and brought me a spoon and a knife so that we could sample many many many fruits that I have never experienced before. Truly an amazing experience and highly recommend Renting A Friend experience from Zebra Fisgona. Bogota turned into my favorite experience after seeing Manizales, Medellin and Cartagena. Great job Juani and Aleja!!! And especially Vivi.

Bogotá and surroundings - I had an absolute blast on this tailored trip. Juani could explain a lot about all the sites we visited and was always flexible enough for a last moment change of plans. One group member travelled with her before but for me it was the first time with a travel guide and I have to say it was a very good experience. Highly recommended!

Personal, flexible, spontaneous - I truly made a friend in both my guide and with the city of Bogota! - Can I give 6 stars? How about 10? Vivi was SPECTACULAR! Kind, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and effortlessly a pleasure to have with you all day. My friend and I chose the “rent a friend” plan as we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted our trip to look like, and Vivi made it perfect. We started at the Paloquemao market for a fruit tour, and it was clear that she had great relationships with all of the vendors we met who greeted her with a smile and warm words. Her expertise was superior, helping us understand fruits we had never even heard of! By the time we were done, we weren’t sure what we should do next, but having got to know us and our itinerary while we were there, she knew just where to take us - the Ocio gallery in La Macarena As it had only opened six months earlier, we never would have found such a gem without her. She so quickly understood us, or tastes and rhythms - she made it a perfect day. I truly feel like I made a friend.

Rent a local friend in Bogota IS A MUST!!!!!! - Aleja and her team were perfection.
From the pickup at the airport to three days of tours, everything was on point, please note they were all Private Tours. Her English was extremely good coupled with the fact that she was very knowledgeable.
Can't wait to do this experience again....... Big up yourself Aleja!!!!!

Fantastic! What a beautiful trip this was! - I had a tailor-made trip through Juanita of seven days. Because the planning was so nice, a friend of mine joined this holiday..
Juanita has arranged everything in advance and given tips that match our own wishes. So we made a nice travel plan together. With some last minute changes, that's what makes it so special.
This gives you an experience that suits you and matches your interests. And you will experience everything Bogota and surroundings has to offer. With a personal guide! From historical tips and all information about cultural Colombia.
Tasting coffee like only Colombia can. The wine bar at Villa De Levya was excellent with the beautiful view.
Piero's concert was fantastic. Bogota's nightlife was very much Salsa. And even shopping we did..
With great pleasure we enjoyed our dinner at Leo. Highly recommended!

The Best In The Business - What can I say? After discovering the Zebra videos on YouTube, I knew this would be the tour company of choice for me and my husband. We love the fact that this was an all-women owned and LGBTQIA+ friendly company. Therefore, all of our excursions (5) for the week were booked with them. There was no reason to go with anyone else. The ladies were top notch. Communication was a breeze. The tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. The excursions were fun. We really felt like we were hanging out with friends. Having a private guide is definitely the way to go. If your budget allows for it, go private and go with Zebra Fisgona Tours!

An amazing day - Prior to traveling to Bogota, I came across Zebra Fisgona's 'Rent A Friend' offering and thought it was a unique service that would be cool to book, especially given it was my first time visiting Colombia. I'm so glad I did! I spent my first day with one of the co-owners, Juani, whose team planned a thoughtful day based on my interests.
This was one of the best tours I've ever taken. Juani is an exceptional host and guide. She met my energy, excitement and curiosity about Colombian history and culture. I deeply admired her warmth and positivity, pride in her country, willingness to answer all of my questions, and overall presence - with me and others we encountered throughout the day - which helped me appreciate Bogota in a way that I don't think would have happened otherwise. I also forgot a purchase I made during the day and she went above and beyond to get it to me in the following days.
Very thankful for the experience and I highly recommend it to all!

YOU MUST DO THIS - Had the best time with Juani! She was incredible and gave us the perfect tour of bogota and was so good about educating and giving suggestions. This is a must do if you are visiting.

thumbs up - I had an amazing 'rent a friend" experience. My friend Andre was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to explain and contextualize Columbia history and culture for me making my tour experience very meaningful and fun too! She was flexible as well, asking me about my interest as the day went on and seamlessly moving us from one activity to another based on what I was requesting. I would fully recommend anyone coming to Bogota to use this service.

Excellent way to see Bogota - Booked this tour for when I was on a 2 day stopover in Bogota. It was excellent and I could not fault it in any way. Great communications prior to the tour from Caro at Zebra Fisgona Tours to organise the itinerary and to give me all the information I needed before I met my guide. My ‘local friend’ was Nata, who was excellent and really knowledgeable about the history and sights of the city. She was professional but also friendly and great company to spend the day with, and we were able to tweak the itinerary on the day due to a minor protest going on in the city.
A fantastic tour and experience. An absolute must if visiting Bogota!!
