Outstanding experience with Luis Felipe - Luis Felipe both picked us up and dropped us off at the Bogotá airport. It was all smooth and perfect in every detail: he was punctual, communicated clearly with us through Whatsapp during the whole process, made payment easy through Paypal, drove very well, and his vehicle was excellent. In addition to that, we had very good conversations on board. Luis is friendly, polite, educated, and knowledgeable about Colombian culture and other countries. We highly recommmend hiring his services.

My Bogota experience from airport to hotel - I have got to say this was the best and smooth experience I have ever had. When I arrived to Bogota, Luis Felipe our private driver was already there waiting for us. Punctuality is something I admire! He took care of our all our bags and luggage. I am a coffee lady, he was kind enough to wait for me so I could get my Starbucks Coffee. The ride to the hotel was amazing. Great driver and also gave some recommendations of places to visit in Bogota. I absolutely rate this a 110% Luis Felipe is reliable, punctual, professional, and very attentive to the customer service. I was so impressed with our experience that I contacted him so that he could take us to the airport once my trip was over. Again very punctual and his service is impeccable. If you ever visit Bogota Colombia and need a dependable person to pick you up at the airport and at the same time leaves you stress-free, I would without a doubt recommend Luis Felipe. Professional service with excellent communication - The entire process was seamless from booking to drop off. The driver communicated with me via WhatsApp several times before pickup, including sending me his picture and what sign he would be holding outside of baggage claim so I knew exactly who to look for when I arrived. The car was clean and comfortable. I was so pleased that I booked this service for my return to the airport. Highly recommend!

Best Airport Service in Bogota - This is a great pick up service! Highly reccomend. The owner reached out immediately after picking them and was super informative about what to expect and sign they would have for me upon arrival. The communication was excellent and was very informative on the ride to the hotel about the area. Definitely pick this one to not be stressed after a plane ride.

Over priced, under delivered. - Very expensive. Paid for a premium and ended up in a Mazda…..definitely not a premium vehicle. Driver was nice, professional, and coordinated well.
