Must see! - It was a beautiful experience even for a non religious person like myself. Whatever your creed you will appreciate this salt cathedral nestled into a mine!

Great tour - transport and tickets to the salt mines - Good package with just the transfer and tickets to the salt mine. The driver gave good info as we drove (only in Spanish) and arranged entry to the mine - with audio cruises in English. You then tour the mine yourself (or with a guide in Spanish). He then offered for us to have lunch in town (at own cost) or to look around town - which we did.

Amazing nature and cultural experience - We had a wonderful guide, Nicholas, who showed us the towns of Guatavita and Zipaquira, along with the sacred lagoon and the Salt Cathedral. He explained a lot of Colombian history, geography and is very knowledgeable about the native peoples. Highly recommend this tour.

Perfect Day Trip into Colombia's History and Legend! - My wife and I took the full-day tour to the Zipaquira Salt Cathedral and the Laguna de Guatavita, and it was the absolute highlight of our trip to Colombia. It perfectly blends incredible engineering, deep history, and stunning natural beauty. Our guide Lorena was excellent, the transport was comfortable, and everything ran on time.

Tour to Sal Cathedral - Excellent all day tour. You can appreciate the country life in addition to the attractions. Lunch is in a restaurant where locals eat with typical very rich food.

Guatemalans getting to know Bogotá - Lorena (guide) and Omar (driver) are an exceptional team who truly define the adventure you’ll experience during the tour. They expertly adapt to challenges like traffic and large crowds at museums while keeping the schedule on track. We booked the tour just the night before, and they responded promptly, ensuring everything was perfectly prepared. We were extremely satisfied with the service and the genuine passion both Lorena and Omar brought to the tour. Highly recommend!

Wow! Awesome tour with Diego! - We've done tours all over the world, and I have to say Diego is the best guide we've ever had. The lake was beautiful with very interesting history, and the salt cathedral was mind-blowing. However, Diego greatly enhanced the entire experience by sharing his very detailed knowledge on everything, and kept us smiling all day. He was very attentive to our needs and safety, and takes lots of photographer grade pictures. Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious authentic Colombian meals, and top the list on our 3 week trip. I just can't say enough on how awesome are experience was.

Guatavita and the salt mines with Diego - We took a group of six, four adults and two kids, on this tour of Guatavita, and the salt mines of Columbia. Transportation was made extremely easy by a vehicle, large enough to hold us all and a fantastic driver, Edisson. Our guide for the day was Diego. He is extremely enthusiastic about the history and culture of Columbia and made certain that we were comfortable the entire time. We went on several tours in Columbia, and he was by far the best guide that we encountered. if you were considering venturing away from Bogota. This is a must do.
