We sampled a variety of brews, from traditional Colombian Tinto to exotic chocolate bonbons, each with its own unique flavor profile.

The workshop was not just about tasting; it was an educational experience. I learned about the health benefits of cacao and the art of brewing the perfect cup of coffee. The ancestral rituals shared by Catalina and her team added a layer of cultural richness to the experience, making it truly unforgettable.
