Enjoy an eight course chef’s menu that celebrates seasonal ingredients, grown and produced either on the estate or by local farmers, neighbors and friends. All ingredients are traceable and ethically produced. Some of the ingredients are Slow Food Ark of Taste produce.
Each course is conceived and crafted to perfectly complement the wine. A personally guided tour of the Roman replica cellar at Karnas Vineyards will be offered by our chef.
Availability is limited to 12 guests every Thursday, from 6pm to 10 pm.
Dress code is smart casual. This is an adult only offer.

Upon arrival, they can choose to drive or walk through the olive orchards and vineyard to reach the restaurant. Here, they will savor authentic recipes that span from 3000 BC to the present, listen to their stories, and dine with fellow food enthusiasts from around the globe. This exclusive dining experience is limited to 12 participants every Thursday. After enjoying a tasting menu paired with our wines, with the chef joining them at the table, guests will be returned to their hotels with wonderful memories.
