Great experience - What a lovely afternoon trying out cooking some Thai recipes . Everyone was lovely and helpful with the instructions and you learn about what food goes into each dish - and best of all you get to eat what you cook in a fun relaxing way. Throughly recommend- great experience 😊

Wonderful experience - I had an amazing time taking a cooking class here. The owners as well as the assistants are all very kind and professional. I am confident that I will be able to recreate the dishes I learned today at home. Highly recommend this experience!

An amazing and memorable experience! - An amazing and memorable experience! 🧑‍🍳 The cooking class today was super interesting and an absolutely wonderful experience. We especially loved the market tour beforehand, which gave us great insights into local ingredients and Thai cuisine. Cooking together with the family was the highlight of the day. Warm, authentic, and a lot of fun. We learned so much and enjoyed a delicious meal together. Thank you for this special experience ! we will definitely come back again next year! ☺️

Simply great – highly recommended! - I really liked the Thai cooking class. The whole family was incredibly nice, warm and very nimble. You immediately felt welcome. The chef was not only funny but also very helpful and explained everything understandably. Finally I know how to prepare Tom Yam soup, Spring Rolls and a fish curry properly – and everything tasted fantastic! It was a great experience, was a lot of fun and I would do the cooking class again anytime. Highly recommended! Ruta

Cooking thai food like you are part of the family - We had such an amazing experience learning to cook traditional Thai food. This was a really one of a kind experience. I think t he e highlight for us was making our own fresh coconut milk. Truly lovely host and teacher. Everyone was really great. We loved this experience

The highlight of our Samui trip! - My husband Angus and I spent a wonderful day at Go Samui Cooking Class and it was easily the best thing we’ve done on our holiday. From the moment we started, the energy was fantastic. We learnt so much more than just recipes; we learnt about the balance of Thai flavours and the culture behind the dishes. The food we cooked was delicious (the green curry OMG maybe the best meal we’ve had here!) and the atmosphere was so welcoming. It was all extremely hygienic and clean. O was able to cater the dishes to vegetarian very easily! A huge thank you for such a memorable day—Angus and I can’t wait to try these recipes back home!

A fun, authentic cooking experience - This was such an amazing experience. Geng and his family were wonderful and made Thai cooking such a fun and easy time. The outdoor family kitchen was clean and charming. Highly recommend this class!

Fantastic Thai cooking experience from start to finish - This cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip. The experience started with a guided tour of a local food market, where we learned about the produce, spices, and ingredients we’d be using later. It was fascinating to see everything in context and really understand Thai cooking from the ground up. After the market, we went to their cooking facility, which was exceptionally well set up—clean, organized, and clearly designed to make the experience enjoyable and hands-on. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout, striking the perfect balance between teaching and letting you do things yourself. What really stood out was how well the class was structured: you genuinely feel like you’re learning new techniques and dishes, but nothing feels overwhelming or intimidating. It was engaging, fun, and accessible even if you’re not an experienced cook. The hosts—a husband and wife team—were fantastic. Knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely funny, they created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for an authentic, fun, and memorable Thai cooking experience. We’d absolutely do it again.

Learn to make delicious Samui Thai food the traditional way! - After we were picked up promptly at our hotel Geng took us to the local market and showed us many ingredients used in Thai cuisine. We then went to his home where he and his wife directed the cooking class. We made 4 local dishes that were incredibly delicious! I definitely recommend this class. They are so knowledgeable and friendly!
