• Island Organics Thai Cooking Class Koh Samui - At ‘Island Organics Thai Cooking Class,’ Chef Lat will guide you in preparing four traditional Thai dishes that are simple to recreate at home. Additionally, you will learn to make coconut cream, curry paste, and a herbal drink. Participants will have the opportunity to prepare and cook their own meals!

Chef Lat will also take you on a tour of our micro farm, where we cultivate Thai herbs, vegetables, fruits, and mushrooms. You will also learn about Moringa, known as the miracle tree, which is now available for purchase as a powder or in capsule form.

Our produce is primarily grown on-site, allowing us to focus on ‘Thai favorites’ and providing you with an authentic Thai culinary experience.
