Knowledgeable guide, awesome atmosphere, delicious ciders.

Tour guide was energetic, knowledgeable, and a great cheerleader for the Blue Bee brand. Tasting was great. We bought 3 out of the 8 ciders tasted. Wonderful experience.

Very disappointing. We arrived 10 minutes early and were not warmly greeted. It was confusing for us—we wondered if we were even in the right place to start the tour (we were). The tour lasted less than 30 minutes—it was advertised as about an hour. The guide was definitely passionate about the company and product, but there was not much substance to the tour. Nonetheless, we were looking forward to the tasting...but it was even more disappointing. The tasting was incredibly rushed, the samples were very small and we did not receive a logo glass as promised on the website (supposed to be included with the tour). We’ve been on many winery tours and craft brewery tours and this was the least memorable experience we’ve had. One suggestion...give samples during the tour. People are happier when drinking. And dial up the hospitality. We would have stayed longer and purchased a few other samples, but we felt like the staff wanted us to leave. We ended up bouncing to a few breweries in the area to salvage our afternoon in Richmond.
