Kattama is a crispy, golden brown flatbread made from a simple blend of flour, water, and salt, cooked to perfection on a hot griddle. As we stroll through the city, we’ll also experience the vibrant atmosphere of Panfilov Park, catch a glimpse of the White House, and view the historic monument of Lenin.
