Once in a lifetime experience - Absolute trip of a lifetime! Baiduu was our trip organiser and driver and he was absolutely fantastic. So easy to liaise with and he was so easy to get a long with it just felt like travelling with a mate :) We did a 3 day horse trek and then another 3 days driving around Kyrgyzstan in a 4WD to see other incredible sights. Yeurris (pronounced Iddis - idk how to spell it 😂) was our horse guide. He was super funny and witty and took us on a crazy adventure through the snow (we did our trip in early spring which meant clear skies, warm sun but still beautiful snowy mountains). We slept in cozy yurts at night time. The horses were beautiful too. You definitely need to be able-bodied to do this trek because your body gets very sore on the back of a horse for 3 days and you sleep at very high altitudes at night which can be an adjustment. You also cannot be a fussy eater! The guides kept us well fed don’t worry. For the 4WD trip, Baiduu was our driver and took us to some awesome places. We stayed in fantastic homestays at night, and were kept exceptionally well fed. This trip was my absolute favourite ever. It was beautiful and challenging at the same time. I imagine it would be stunning in summer time when the flowers are out too. A must do while you are physically able to!!!
