Amazing Private Hike with Spectacular Views - I had an absolutely fantastic private hiking tour to Ala Archa National Park with Ventura Tours. Communication with the company was excellent from the beginning, and the pickup was perfectly on time. My guide, Baisal, was wonderful. During the drive, he shared many interesting stories about Kyrgyzstan, its culture and history. Having a separate driver and guide was a real advantage, as Baisal could focus entirely on the conversation and on making the experience enjoyable. The hike itself was incredible, with spectacular mountain views and beautiful scenery throughout. As it was a private tour, we could keep a comfortable pace without worrying about other people being faster or slower. We also enjoyed a lovely picnic lunch provided by the guide beside the waterfall—such a memorable setting! I especially appreciated that the team operated the tour on 31 August, a national holiday, and during the SCO summit, despite road closures and traffic restrictions. They handled everything professionally and still made sure I was safely dropped back at my hotel. A truly amazing day and one of the highlights of my time in Kyrgyzstan. I highly recommend Ventura Tours and Baisal!

Great Service - Excellent experience! My guide, Akylai, and drive picked me up from my hotel. On the way to the park, we stopped at a market to get food for the trek. During our visit, there was much construction in the park and we were required to transition to a park shuttle bus at the entrance. The hike was mostly on a paved path and road, but the views were great! We didn't make it to the waterfall because of weather (rain came in) but we had an excellent time regardless!

Amazing guide - and a hard walk. - Had a wonderful trip. It’s such a beautiful area. Be aware the walk is hard - but worth it. At the starting point some small shops are available. Mostly coffee, tea and cold drinks. Most accept card, but bring small change for toilet. Our guide and driver where great. Especially our guide Aki was truly amazing and ensured we had a perfect time.

Comfortable half day hike - but no lunch at restaurant - Comfortable 3 hour hike that ends at the waterfall. Lunch was packed (the guide bought simple sandwiches and snacks) and not at the end of the hike as advertised - not that this is an issue since we ate by the waterfall with excellent scenery, but it is not as advertised in the trip outline. Best part about the tour was our guide Baiel, energetic and makes for great conversation.

Good company - The company was perfect. But I chose a place for the family's outdoor. If I chose different places it might be better....
