I enjoyed the experience. The companionship and the process were enjoyable; the product was a bonus. I was disappointed that we didn't make shortbread, as was advertised. I'm not a fan of cobbler; however, my mother liked it. I have the rest of the cobbler dough frozen which I'll use with a favorite fruit pie filling. Marie is an excellent teacher and I love the space and atmosphere. Thank you for the opportunity, the lesson, and the leftovers. Jeanne
