Full on fun environment. - We dropped in on a very busy Sunday. It's an assault on the senses, but we had an enjoyable couple of hours. There's plenty of cool things to see and do. Arguably pricey for what it is but not so bad with a Merlin pass. That's the only reason we'd return.

Exceptional experience. - This was my first visit to LegoLand Birmingham. The location is great, not too far from home. I got the toddler parent ticket which was very reasonable. We arrived at 12:30 and left about 2:30. The mini Kingdom Quest ride through the cave of monsters was very fun. I was shooting all the monsters but my pictures were horrendous so I never really bought them. The kiddies area was very clean. We went to the cinema, enjoyed the police chasing a bad guy, waited in a small queue of The merlin ride, built a car for the grand prix track (My toddler thought it was a slide) and built lots of lego. We also went through the famous locations built completely with lego. It was a wonder Say. And from the cafe I had the Jalapeño cheese bites and hot chocolate with chocolate chip muffin. My toddler loved it and I enjoyed it too. I also bought a 3 in 1 tropical toucan lego set for £13. Cannot wait to visit again. The only thing missing was pin badges and fridge magnets from the gift shop. Other than that I would highly recommend a visit during off peak season. It can get quite busy and there limited spaces to sit.

Great family day out, very busy though - We have just returned from a great day at Lego Discovery Center in Birmingham. It was quite busy however we still managed to do we wanted to do. My son is autistic so we took advantage of the free carer ticket and the ride Access pass, which allowed us to go on the three ride/experiences without having to queue for a long time, which is absolutely vital for my son. He really enjoyed the 4D cinema, and the soft play. We didn’t get to build as much as we would’ve liked because we only had two hours, and it was really busy and there wasn’t enough space around the Lego stations, or enough chairs for us to sit. Overall, we had a great day. It was just a little bit busy. I think it’s a lot of money for only two hours, I’m not sure anyone was checking when you leave though so you could probably stay longer.

Overall a very good day out. - We arranged this for a Friday during term time with our 3.5 year old Grandson. Looking at previous reviews it is probably better to go if you can during the week as it was quite busy but we still managed to do everything we wanted to, went on the rides and visited the cinema and also got to make lots of lego. The miniature area is really great with lots of local landmarks and even an interactive Black Sabbath gig! Limited choices in the Costa but we managed to find something to eat and have a break. My only issue was the lack of lockers to put your coats in etc. as carrying three coats and trying to get involved with the activities was awkward. Obviously you exit via the gift shop which is how it always is these days, but there were some reasonably priced options for the Grandson so he did get a little treat. Clean, nice friendly and helpful staff so overall a good day out.

Too many people let in on weekend spoils it! - Used our annual Merlin pass - wouldn’t pay full price it is not good value for money. We came on a Saturday which we expected it to be busy but wow - you physically couldn’t move! They clearly allow too many people in per day it was horrendous. We had a baby with us and I couldn’t even find a seat to sit and feed them. Staff are very very friendly and good with children. There is a lot of interactive things to do and keep children entertained if they are into their Lego. Soft play looking a bit tired - needs a revamp. Didn’t have food in the cafe but told is was very expensive - take your own food but you might struggle to find anywhere to sit! Birmingham LEGO display very good. All in all, I wouldn’t pay anywhere near full price, it’s a good indoors activity but it is very overwhelming with how crowded and loud it can be.

SEND provision lacking - Great place for kids but geared for up-selling at every given chance - from photos when you enter to rides/activities you need to pay extra for. SEND provision is lacking due to constant backing music playing indescript throughout stay on a loop. Also, no quietly areas to have a sensory break. Needs to do better if they want our business.

Overcrowded chaos, adults dominating the space and play. - Very chaotic, there’s a severe lack of structural segregation. Which causes backlog and over stays, which leads to further crowding. The space is so minimal, which really took us by surprise. A number of adults seemed out for themselves, dominating tables literally taking up space and holding up children from places at build and play work stations. Very frustrating considering there’s adults specific days/nights. Very unlikely to return.

Absolutely sh*t was laughable, - Took my 6 year old today with our Merlin passes. Thank god they were on the Merlin or I’d have passed out if I had to pay for this. The most shocking ‘day out’ you could ever have, words wouldnt even explain how bad this shower of crap was. Even my son started laughing after 30 minutes of being there saying shall we just go home it was that honestly that bad. 4d show was the best of a very bad bunch. Please all listen to this review, take it serious, save yourself a few quid and thank me later. Pay the extra and go Legoland Windsor instead.

Don’t waste your time and money! - One of the worst places we’ve been to. There’s nothing to do! The entire centre is packed into one tiny room, they let far too many people in so you cannot get near any of the Lego and you have to pay extra to do some of the other activities. We will not be returning here, complete waste of money.
